Note: I wrote these seven poems yesterday after being inspired after waking up at 2 am and the words for the first line came to me and my mind played with words for the second and third lines of the poem.  I thought I could expand the theme and between 2 am and 7 am, I came up with seven variations of the same theme.  If one changes one or more words or a whole sentence then it can change the meaning yet stay within the same theme.  The reader can decide which poem resonates the most with them and tell me in the comment section below which number it was.   If you would be so kind?   Self is the same as Soul.  I call ego, the small self and Soul, the Self with a capital S.  In my world, the Soul is your direct connection to God or the Divine or what is also called Heaven.

I have written all seven poems in the haiku style of poetry and published them on my blog for the first time today, the 1st of May,  2021.
