What Has France Become? A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

What has France become?

Black vests versus yellow vests

Divide and conquer.

© 2019  M.N. Hopkins

Note:   I wrote this poem after watching videos of yellow vest protesters clashing with police in Paris yesterday.   This happens when a ruling elite is totally cut off from the goals and desires of the citizens and people enter a rage induced frustration that leads to violence.   We will eat cake while the serfs get a few crumbs off the table from the money they are stealing from the our tax revenues and pension funds.   Picking such incompetent puppets to see to the interests of an elite few will eventually come to what we are seeing in France and spreading to other Lands.   The forces of evil have never been too bright and the ones of Light has always been too few.   This is the end result.

I wrote this poem yesterday in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 24th of February 2019.    Another one in the social, political arena which is the darkest part of our humanity.

Twin Suns Of Carrola Book Review and Recommendation by M.N. Hopkins

I have just finished reading the Twin Suns of Carrola, the second book in the Starshatter trilogy and found it to be an excellent read and even better than the first book in the trilogy.  In the first book, the characters were introduced and in this one, they were developed into characters that you cheer for and hope for their survival during intensive battle scenes.   The Black Knight is truly a gifted story teller and author.    It is as if this is his calling to write about traditional values such as courage, loyalty and sacrifice that are the finest attributes of our humanity and the building blocks of the human experience.

I can highly recommend this book to anyone who is a fantasy and/or science fiction fan.  This book will not disappoint.

Don't Be Fooled Again - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Talk of civil war

Being played by elite lapdogs

Don't be fooled again

Note:   On a long walk I had been thinking about my two previous poems and how the theme was the same.   I thought that it is a same I did not write one more and complete a trilogy.   Then, these words came to me as walking.  Luckily I carry a pen and napkins in my backpack for moments like this.  I wrote this poem on the 13th of February, 2018 in the haiku style of poetry.  I published this poem for the first time on my blog today, the 15th of February, 2019.

Will You Continue? - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Will you continue?

Wills broken and heads bowed

Time to bow to none

Note:    This was inspired and written in the haiku style of poetry yesterday and published for the first time on my blog today, the 13th of February, 2019.   Given the increasing tyranny and censorship we are experiencing now, I thought this a timely message to share.

An Ideal Is - A Quotation by M.N. Hopkins

An ideal is a vision of tomorrow which has not yet been put into place.  It has yet to be formed into your physical reality.  The structure has not yet been formed, so to live within this ideal is not yet possible and to attempt such will only cause great conflicts or upset within the personality structure.

Seek First Yourself - A Quotation from M.N. Hopkins

Seek first yourSelf, then seek to join self with Self to bridge the gap between Heaven and Earth.

Be not distracted by those of dull or ill perception.  Never forget the goal which is union with one's Divinity.  Once the reunion occurs, then one has access to the wisdom and knowledge that was before unknown.  Seek this union through prayer and meditation and events will unfold that will lead one to the activities that will enhance one's ability to be in Spirit, yet at the same time firmly established in one's human body.
