We Live In A Sea ‒ A Poem by M.N. Hopkins
We live in a sea
Full of possibilities
In time, polished stones
© 2020 M.N. Hopkins
Note. I wrote this yesterday as the first 2 verses came to me when I awoke very early in the morning and finished it after trying out 3 or 4 variations of the last line, finally deciding on what I wrote above. I wrote the poem in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time today, the 28th of February, 2020.

You Must Wish For Harmony And Peace - A Quotation by Omraam Mikhael Alvanhov
"You must wish for harmony and peace, even though you know that difficulties and opposition are essential to progress. It is important to understand this: those who wish for harmony and peace without having previously learned to overcome difficulties, are preparing a life of disorder and distress for themselves. Why? Because true harmony and true peace are rewards given only to those who have conquered hardship by manifesting qualities of disinterestedness, kindness and patience. When such people have to endure trials, they are not troubled by them; they neither suffer nor make others suffer, because they have learned to transform, improve and make use of everything. Thanks to a prolonged work of patience and perseverance, they have built up a relationship with heaven and with the luminous entities who live there, and so it can be said they have attained genuine peace and harmony." |
Seek Dat Vrede ‒ Een Gedicht van M.N. Hopkins

When Christ Came To Earth ‒ A Quotation by Omraam Mikheal Aivanhov
"When Christ came down to earth, his spirit was great, sublime, but his ‘body’ was small; that is to say, his followers, those who were close to him, were unable to let his spirit penetrate them deeply enough. It was due to the weakness of his followers, who were incapable of manifesting his greatness, his power and his immensity, that it was possible for Jesus to be crucified. Yes, the crowds greeted him with cries of Hosanna when he entered Jerusalem, but when he was arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, even his disciples deserted him. Jesus was small and weak in his disciples and so he was unable to prevail over those who, in much greater numbers, were determined to destroy him. Now, over the course of the centuries, the spirit of Christ has gradually spread throughout the entire world. He can no longer be crucified because he has incarnated in an immense body, sheltered in the hearts and minds of millions of beings." |

Du måste kontrollera budbäraren ‒ Ett Citat av M.N. Hopkins

14 Uses Of Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen Peroxide is an excellent bleach alternative in the home when you're looking for something that's much safer for your family and clothes. It's non-toxic but still very effective.
1. Take one capful of hydrogen peroxide (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I am doing it when I bathe.) No more canker sores, and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash.
2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of germs.
3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters.
4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.
5. If you have fungus on your feet spray a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry.
6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to 10 minutes several times a day. Her husband has seen gangrene that would not heal with any medicine but was healed by soaking in peroxide.
7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.
8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold or plugged sinus. It will bubble and help to kill the bacteria. Hold for a few minutes, and then blow your nose into a tissue.
9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for
10 minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly. 10. And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not have the peroxide-burnt blonde hair like the hair dye packages but more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, reddish, or dirty blonde. It also lightens gradually, so it's not a drastic change.
11. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help get rid of boils, fungus, or other skin infections.
12. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour it directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary.
13. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors. There is no smearing, which is why I love it so much for this.
14. Another place it's great is in the bathroom, if someone has been careless, has peed on the floor around the toilet, and it's begun to smell of urine. Just put some peroxide in a spray bottle spray. In the blink of an eye all the smell will be gone and the bacteria eliminated!

Have Faith And Stay The Course ‒ A Quotation by M.N. Hopkins
Have faith and stay the course.
Be not discouraged and undermined by feelings that are not of your own making.
Rise above the mire and see with the eyes of the eagle how ego has deceived and led you astray from your intended paths.
That path is to love and be loved.

Touch To The Stars ‒ A Quotation by M.N. Hopkins
Touch to the stars, yet keep your feet firmly upon
this Earth of yours. You are loved by so many, yet cannot be seen but by a few.
Be firm in your principles and honest in all dealings. Trust in your own inner
skills and ability to prosper in this world of men. Let not fear be your
guiding light, but let love and kindness light your way in the days ahead.

Tears Must Be Shed, Laughter Must Be Shared - A Quotation by M.N. Hopkins
Tears must be shed, laughter must be shared. Then, a great healing will occur within our communities. Division is the norm and revision is what is necessary with a goal of unification of selves in the human psyche. Once united, balance will return. People will listen and hear in a calm, non-dramatical, unpretentious manner which is certainly not the norm today. Normal has become some perverted form of humanity which is neither nurturing or enlivening.
