Seek again the peace of Spirit, the calm in the eye of the storms that Mankind has created.  Be not so sensitive to the pain, but be giving of that which brings the greatest happiness. Continue to feel Divine strength, love, calm, and share it with all who are willing and able to express these qualities out into the world that we, Mankind has created for ourselves.
