A negative turned positive and so simple as feeling one's heart light and letting it spread throughout your physical body and mind. The Light goes in and as it comes outward from the heart it releases many emotional and mental toxins. Yes, as a detox yet more effective than any detoxification method known or devised by man. So simply done that any child can do this simply by asking in a prayerful way. All prayers are received and answered from those of sincere hearts. Be as a child again with full faith and the ability to receive the gifts of Grace to Man.
