God Does Not Seek - An Insight by M.N. Hopkins

God does not seek our worship or praise or reverence or fear.  This is the workings of ego or of man.  Ego is a false idol or god and demands this of us but not our Creator.  Why would you fear One who brought you forth into this world in love and who loves you despite all your defects?  Do you fear your Mother when she holds you in her loving arms and smiles at the sight of her dear child? It is more about love, caring and respect.  We were created in His image. When you look in the mirror do you expect your reflection to praise, judge or condemn or wish you ill or have fear of you as it's creator.  Fear is of man and not of God.
