Since last year much has changed
Some say, for the worse
Others say, for the better
This depends on one's perspective
Change is constant
And
Is built into this natural system
Without change
All would wither and die
Without change
Nothing new would come into existence
It is change
Which refreshes
Enlivens
And
Sees to the continuation of all life
You cannot always see the effect of a change
But, for a short duration
What may look as a catastrophe
May be the establishment of
A better community tomorrow
Mankind will try to effect a change
It is in the nature of all natural beings
Much has been set in motion
Much that cannot be seen
Or
Understood with human consciousness
The river flows very long distances
Nourishing and enlivening along the way
Changing it's course often
Yet
Still flowing down many possible future paths
Sometimes obstacles cannot be traversed
Sometimes the way is made easy
Continually flowing to it's final destination
Enriching
Nourishing
Enlivening along it's course
Fulfilling it's nature
As it insures the survival of all along it's path
Be as the river
Flowing endlessly
From Source to it's final destination
Mixing it's waters with other waters
Creating lakes, seas and oceans
Each serving their purpose
All composed of water
Flavoured by the surrounding environments
Yet, all from the same Source
Building, destroying
Destroying, building
Following a natural order
Following the way of water
Effecting the land
and all creatures
In or on or along it's path
Fulfilling it's Nature
Yes
Be as the river
Be in the river
Be on the river
Enriching and being enriched
Nourishing and being nourished
Enlivening and being enlivened
Now
Be As the River

Thanks Magnus and happy weekend to you also.
Kind regards,
Mike
Too true Mike, simply go with the flow without becoming too involved in the turbulence of the flow. Not everything of the flow is supposed to be enjoyable, but it need not be turbulent either.
Be Blessed Mike,
Mathew
