There has been a lot in the news lately about Sweden's Phase 3 Program for the long term unemployed administered by the Swedish Employment Agency or perhaps more honesty said, Sweden's Keep People Unemployed Agency. There was a TV news report just last night on both the national and local news. This program in my eyes doesn't help the unemployed, has been imcompetantly administered and has been a gravy train for the Township Governments and private businesses. Not only do they get free labor, but also receive 5,000 swedish crowns for every worker that is placed in their care and in many cases it may be more honest to say, lack of care. I speak from experience since I have been a part of this program for over 6 months.
It turns out the Township in Sweden that I now live in has been paid over 11 million swedish crowns from the Swedish State which is the icing on the cake, since each worker is supplying the Township with free labor. The State even pays all the employment fees and insurances. My township has laid off workers and later brought them back to work under these flim flam work programs.
So far, the Swedish Government has paid out over 4.5 billion swedish crowns to public and private businesses and it turns out only one procent of all involved in the State Employment Agency's Phase 1, 2, and 3 programs have actually gotten a job. I suppose it's easy to spend taxpayers money or perhaps more honesty said, steal money from social services and pension funds to help township governments and private company owners to reap even bigger profits without even doing it the old fashion way, working for it. This is a great country to do business in. The wealthy and connected haven't had it so good since the good old days when the lords, priests, merchant class and rich farmers had pretty much slave labor and people had no labor rights or even the right to speak up or protest. I have been saying for some time that as long as the Swedish government has programs like this that only benefit their friends and relatives and give institutions and private businesses free labor there will never be any jobs for people in Sweden. Only for those working black (under the table) or the ones imported from Eastern Europe and the 3rd world to work for 12 to 17 swedish crowns per hour. These Phase 1, 2 and 3 programs actually create greater unemployment. I ask you; If you were a business owner or a high level township boss with a high salary and high pension that is the result of keeping costs down, would you honestly hire anybody when you can get all the free labor you need supplied by the State?

What a corrupt township. Changes need to be made. A very sad situation..

Not much different from large or small town America. I lived in a small town for over 20 years in Illinois that was corrupt as hell also. This is the NWO. The greed and corruption has shread, although I think that perhaps this has always been a part of human community. There are fewer and fewer strong leaders if there be any at all. We have so few examples of people working for the common good, only for the common greed and the good of ego.
Hopefully, just a phase that we are going through before enough find the strength and courage to bring about a change in the current paradigm.
