Chicago Was Once - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Chicago was once

A city of strong shoulders

Times of strong,  long gone

© 2018.  M.N. Hopkins

Note:   I had the inspiration for this poem some time ago.  Thinking about life in the city in the 60s and the toughness, directness, and the pride of many of the citizens of Chicago.   Now,  a globalist elite experiment pushing the modern Psych Op Psychology that is a WMD in my view.  You had the Chicago Boys whose economic model destroyed many a nation, a fake President planted in that city, a fake talk show host, always politically corrupt pushing the local and national agenda now a test city for Globalist cities or slave centers of the future.   Even with all this many of the citizens still had a strength and clear vision of reality at one time.  I can remember interviewing for a job in New England and the HR person said to me, “Oh,  you are from Chicago”.  Tough people but fair and very competent in business”.   I said, “It was a very nice place to grow up at the time but was now not a place I wished to live in anymore”.

This poem was written in the haiku style of poetry and published for the first time on my blog today, the 23rd of July, 2018.  As for critics,  I am a son of the City of Chicago and still and always will consider it my hometown being born there and living the first 20 years of my life within Chicago proper.

Forgiveness of Yourself. - A Quotation from M.N. Hopkins

Forgiveness of yourself is the key that unlocks the prison that you have made around your heart. Once free, you are then able to forgive and to love others.

Be Fooled No More - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Rulers, Warriors, All

Use the art of deception

Be fooled no more

© 2018 M.N. Hopkins

Note:  The inspiration for this came to me while traveling home from an errand.  I was thinking of MSM news casting and the lies told to propagate a political agenda.   I found of the book, The Art of War and insights on how this deception is used to get the advantage in politics, business, warfare, religion or pretty much all aspects of human community.  I shortened it to rulers and warriors for space limitations of this haiku form of poetry.   I in-sighted  wrote and published it today for the first time on my blog, the 18th of July, 2018.

Skiphelle - Ship Hill - A True Story Narrated by M.N. Hopkins

With the help of the Divine a small force can defeat an army of thousands

This is a true story of an event that happened in the year, 1996 if memory serves me still and somethings it does not.  I am writng about this now because I have been moved to do so for whatever reason. I am reluctant to share such experiences in a public manner due to the lack of understnading in the majority of the population yet there are a few who will listen to my story and understand and this is for them.  I have never put my experience into writing until now but have only told it to a few as a means of instruction.

I was invited to speak at a week long spiritual conference in Sweden and was able to stay at a school of alternative medicine that had a dormatory for it’s students.  I rented a car for a few weeks, staying  over and did some  travelling in Sweden and Norway.  One morning I set off to Norway not knowing of my destination.   I often liked to travel in this more adventurous manner.

Anyhow, I set out in the morning with a roadmap and a bottle of water and headed toward the Norweigan border.  Along, the way, I saw a young man along the side of the road hitch hiking so decided to pick him up.   I started to speak Swedish to him and he looked at me like a question mark.  He spoke in American English saying he did not understadd.  I laughed and said, ”Oh you are an American.”  I asked him about his travels and where he was off to.  He said he was on his way to the far north where there was a spiritual group but along the eway he was stopping at some friends of his father who lived in a town just south of Oslo.   I told him that I had no plans,  so would be happy to take him there.  We ended up at a business that was owned by the friend of his family.

While there,  I asked if there was a hotel in town and they told me about one on the fjord just a few kilometers down the road in which they pointed to.  So, I set off looking for the hotel.  Along the way, I saw a man working in his yard, stopped the car and got out and asked if he spoke English.  It turns out he was a translator and was very proficient in English.  He told me that the hotel was just a kilometer ahead.  I am mentioning him only because he is an important piece of this puzzle in understanding my story.  We will come back to that at the end of this story.

I booked a room for the night with the option of staying  another night if I decided to stay longer.  I asked about the restaurant and if I could buy coffee in the evening.   I was told that a tab would be kept and I would pay for all meals and other charges when checking out.  The staff was very polite and friendly.

It was during the first evening after dinner I saw the waitress sitting in a side room talking to an  older man.  They were curious about me and where I came from and what I was doing in Norway.    I told them why I was in Sweden and was now on a short trip to Norway thus beginning a conversation.  The waitress tranlated for me since the older gentlemen did not speak English.   The man did not look healthy to me and while talking with him he turned red as a beet and started to sweat profusely.  He said that he  felt as if he was on fire. I looked at him and told him via the young woman that there was nothing to fear,  sometimes I had this effect upon certain people.   I told her I had some special skills in healing and no harm would come to the man.  She seemed to understand as did he.  After an hour with them, I excused myself and went to my room.

That night it was difficult to fall asleep.   My chest felt constricted and was and acheing with pain as if there was heavy black mass in them and they felt as if they would explode and I was burning like I was on fire and sweating profusely.   I fell asleep and had a very vivid dream.   I dreamt that there was a small group of men or soldiers hiding in the trees and they had a small canon.   I saw a very long ship coming nearer on the fjord.  I also saw some beings of an brillant white light watching over the men and I believed guiding them.  These angelic beings appeared to me sometimes in a human being like form that is composed of a brillant white light.  I have never seen them with wings.  When the ship was directly in front of them, one man fired the canon and could see it was a direct hit to the side of the ship.  I remember one of these beings of Light was at his side as he fired the cannon but I cannot now remember if it was one shot or more but it was not many.  There was little time for them to be there since it was a hit and run operation and I can remember they left the weapon behind and then ran inland to safety in a hurry.

I then woke up and it was morning.  I showered and dressed and went to the breakfast buffet.  The room was full of hotel guests.  The older gentlemen from the previous evening came into the room, saw me and and came near.  He looked like a new man,  full of color and energy and with a big smile on his face.  He warmly patted me on my back and gave a speech to the whole restaurant.  I only could understand one word and that was,  doctor.   After that everyone in the room looked at me as if I were some sort of celebrity .   Later that day I went to the beach to sun and he saw me and invited me to go sailing with him.  A young man was with him came over to me, invited me to go to the man and then translated my English to Norwegian.   I asked what did it cost to sail with a hotel boat and was told nothing but I respectfully declined and thanked him for his kind offer.  I explained I would be returning to Sweden soon since I had decided that I would leave the hotel before checkout time and return to Sweden that day.

I checked out and asked for my bill and was told that it had been taken care of.  I did not understand  and asked again.  I was told that I did not need to pay for my stay or the food but was not given any information.   I said,  OK and thanked them and complimented the hotel and the friendly helpful staff and said my goodbyes.

I returned on the road I came in on and headed back to the highway that would take me to south.   On the way,  I said the man who had given me directions previously, so stopped.  While in converstation, I asked him about the history of this place and if a battle happened at the site of the hotel.   His eyes got big and he asked me, ”Are you a Shaman?”  I said sort of and told him my dream which at that time I could remember in detail.  He looked at me in amazement and said, that is actually as it happened.   This was a famous battle in the history of Norway in which a few soldiers helped to sink a German transport ship full of soldiers on their way to Oslo to capture the seat of government.   He said because of this heroic deed,  it took the Germans 2 or 3 more days to reach Oslo and the King of Norway and his family were able to escape to England.

Now, to the moral of this story.  My lesson that day was to learn that a small force with the help of the Divine could defeat a very large force of the enemy and that kindness shared could heal the most serious of illnesses .   To this day, I have never returned to the hotel or know who the older man was.  I got the sense that he was someone of great importance by the way everyone treated him.

The name of the place where the famous battle took place is called,  Skiphelle or Ship Hill in English.  I read about the battle so this could have very well been one commando group of many on the shores of the fjord.  There were several small attack groups plus a torpedo battery from a fort nearby.   This was indeed a famous event in the history of Norway as I researched and found out later.  Perhaps those from Norway might know of this place and leave a comment.

Citizen Outrage in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam After The Formosa Oil Spill - Part 4 of 4

Youtube link:       https://youtu.be/9lq2WFTNd-k

Interview 4 of 4

Mr. Ngoyen Phu Trong and Mr. Vo Kim Cu. Possibly, the Two Most Hated Men In Vietnam and Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam.

In this final interview in the four part series about the Formosa Chemical Company poisoning of the sea and ground water in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam we hear several local citizens speak about their anger or animosity toward Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong,  Prime Minister of Vietnam and Mr. Vo Kim Cu, the Governor of Ha Tinh Province where the chemical spill occurred.  We hear the same old global story of the governments siding with Corporations and protecting their interests rather than the interests and health and welfare of their own citizens.   The aftermath of this environmental tragedy has left them very anti-Communist Party and very anti-government.   This may very well be one of the major causes of the growing movement in Vietnam toward Democracy.

Poisoned Well Water In Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam Interviews - Part 3 of 4

Youtube link:     https://youtu.be/_CQluzVa8k4

This is part 3 of 4 in this interview series.

Poisoned Well Water In Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam

In this interview we hear about the poisoned ground water in the area of the Formosa Chemical Company.  The Interview took place in 2016.  A man is being interviewed and there is another interview with a family effected talking about the poisoning of the ground water not so far from the site of the Formosa Chemical Plant along with another man talking about his water source being poisoned.  He explains that the water from his well became muddy one month after the chemical spill.  He said that he has used this well for 25 years and there was never a problem with the water before.  The family explains that the water has a dark film on it and this never happened before.  The two main themes of this interview is that there have been no government or company officials out to test the water and that the citizens in the area need some help to purchase water filters but no help has been forthcoming in this emergency. In the last interview in this video we meet a man who has lost his income from fishing and cannot afford to buy a filter for his well.  It is pretty clear that after listening to this video that there is a total lack of support from both the government and the Formosa Chemical Company of China.

This is interview number 2 in a series of 4.   The interviews were conducted by Vietnamese Journalists and Environmentalists in 2016.

Tran Thi Xoan interview.   Here is a local lady who speaks openly about the Formosa Chemical Company poisoning of the water in Vietnam and how the government of Vietnam compensated people in the area of the chemical poisoning with moldy rice rations.   They were promised so much rice per day and according to her the promises to the citizens were not kept.  Another brave soul speaking up despite the risk of punishment from her own government.   As to the fate of this woman, I do not know.  This event occurred in 2016 and is yet to be resolved.

This his a very short one minute interview.

Mai Van Dinh Interview - Part 1 of 4 Interviews

Youtube link:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfrOR4QykEY&frags=pl%2Cwn

Man Van Dinh is a Vietnamese Fisherman who speaks openly about the Formosa Chemical Company poisoning of the water in Vietnam. He bravely speaks about his experiences and the hardships that this Chinese chemical factory has brought to the fishermen and residents in the coastal area and his anger and discontent with the Governments handling of this situation. He speaks frankly of the government corruption and sees them as sell outs to the Chinese Government which he believes is the enemy of his people and should close down their factory in Vietnam for the good of future generations. This man is a good example of a proud and brave people who are willing to sacrifice for the best of and future of their nation. I was hesitant to post this video for fear of the punishment by the Vietnamese Government again’t this brave fisherman and the team of Vietnamese Environmentalists who created this video and asked me to publish it so that people in the West would know of this tradgedy that occurred in 2016 in Vietnam.

This video is 6 minutes long and well worth a watch.

Orania Town - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Orania Town

Paradise within a hell

Reason And Love Survive

Note:   The inspiration for this poem came to me while watch the Documentary called, Farmlands which is about a town in South Africa inhabited by only White Afrikaners.   It was a fine example of order and pride of ownership where the streets were clean and organized and people lived with unlocked doors in a nation gone mad with hatred and violence. I wrote it in the Haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 7th of July, 2018.  It was meant to be a compliment to the preceding post of the documentary called Farmlands along with prior blog postings which give further information about what is happening in South Africa currently on a daily basis.

To truly understand this poem, you must click on the link below for some background or history of why Orania Town even exists today:

Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Quynh - A Hero to All Freedom Loving Vietnamese People

Please click on the image to enlarge and make it more readable.

The below text was written by a Vietnamese Patriot.

A tribute to:     Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Quynh

This is a great mother in my country Vietnam, who sacraficed her life in the jail of the puppet government in our country whe she's trying to warn us about Chinese industry chemical poisoning of the environment in our land . In Vietnam , we don't have any voice , don't have our freedom on the Internet.  They are watching us , arresting the people who are suspected by the government if we talk about the Chinese in our land . In this land,  if we are put in jail for resisting them. We absolutely 99% die or become invalid people. That government is not our government. It's a puppet of China communism

The below text was written by me.

Note:  There is quite the uprising going on now in Vietnam.  The Government is trying to put a lid on free speech and Internet freedom.  There have been demonstrations, people arrested, beaten, the usual stuff in any nation when those in power are threatened.   Just as in the west, our rights are disappearing quickly and new censorship laws are in place to silence any other than the party line.  This has been especially fast in the EU (Evil Union).  People are being banned from forums, fined and even jailed for speaking the truth about not so pleasant social issues.  There has been a mass migration from Facebook to minds.com.   Thousands are signing up every day.  In effect it is a boycott of Facebook by the Vietnamese people.

Cái TÔI trong giông bão - Viết bởi M. N. Hopkins

Cái TÔI trong giông bão
Bình an giữa rối ren

Responsibilities - The Wisdom of Omraam Mikheal Aivanhov

Responsibilities - the danger of wanting to shirk them before having fulfilled the duties they impose upon us

"Someone who believes they can shirk their obligations in order to enjoy a more pleasant life does not know the strict laws that govern destiny. A woman may think, ‘My husband is such a boring man! I want to find a more entertaining one.’ She finds one and abandons her husband, who obviously suffers as a consequence. But before long, this second man will perhaps make her suffer even more.

It is not absolutely forbidden to leave a husband or a wife, but not before you have properly resolved the problem. Otherwise, you expose yourself to encountering an identical problem further down the road. This law holds true for all situations in life. We think that it is easy to cut ties, to break an agreement, to abandon a responsibility, but what might seem easy at first sight is in reality extremely difficult. And conversely, if you accept to face the difficulties, you will feel unsuspected energies awaken within you, and angelic beings will come to help you. If you choose the easy way, however, you will still have angels as companions, but of another kind: angels of justice.
