Happy New Year 2019

This new year 2019 will probably be one of fast changes and not for the betterment of Mankind.  It will most likely be a rough ride so the only way to cultivate happiness is to seek it within yourself  and share it with others in your everyday life.  Don't expect any political solutions UFOs landing to save us or Divine intervention.   Trust in your own abilities to change what you can in reality effect.  Remember God or the Divine helps those who help themselves.

With that, I wish all whom visit my blog in 2019  many good wishes and more of an ability to see and deal with reality.  Enjoy, family, friends and associates.  Enjoy the natural beauty all around and the rare occasions when good vibes visit you from outside yourself.

Happy New Year 2019

ONE SOLUTION FOR GLOBAL WARMING AND CLIMATE CHANGE - A Guest Post by Thomas O. Mills

ONE SOLUTION FOR GLOBAL WARMING AND CLIMATE CHANGE

Everyone knows that the moon is drifting away from earth at approximately one inch per year. In 12 years it would be one foot further away. In 25,920 years, (the time it takes earth to make its complete slow precessional cycle around the sun), the moon would be 2,160 feet further away from its correct path.

It might be coincidental that the diameter of the moon is 2,160 miles and scientist really have no good idea how the moon was formed or how it was created in just the right orbit to balance earth, control our tides and seasons, and always have the same face coincide with the earth in just the perfect rotation in space.

It might also be coincidental that the period of time we call and age is 2,160 years and each age is associated with a constellation or 12 different groups of stars, that give us a specific location of earth in our journey through space.

The builders of the Pyramid Complex in Egypt and Chaco Canyon in America both knew of the importance for the placement of the moon and its effect on earths orbit:

In Egypt, the great pyramids height and base gives us the dimensions of the planet to within three quarters of a percent, the base length corresponds to the distance the earth rotates in 1/2 a second, or our correct speed and location in space within four decimal points of the year and the mathematical tool (pi) to square a round circle floating in space. The box inside the Kings Chamber, thought to be a coffin, is actually and astronomical atlas who’s walls and chambers show not only the distance from the earth to the sun and the moon, but also the weight of the sun and the moon, and the absolute cubic meter and the polar radius of the earth in terms of an absolute meter.

In Chaco Canyon, the major buildings are oriented with the winter and summer solstice and the equinox to show the earth’s tilt and perfect balance in space. Other buildings are oriented with the moon’s 18.6 maximum and minimum year cycle, back and fourth, that very few people on earth are aware of today. All this information is chiseled in stone on a flat rock on top of a high butte and marked by the sun’s light perching a circle at the exact moment to show that the earth, its tilt, and the moon are all still in the perfect balance and orbit that we need to survive.

No one knows how, who or why the pyramids were built in China, Mexico, and Egypt and no one ever lived at Chaco Canyon as there are no burial grounds, dumps, water, or proper ventilation in the buildings to build a fire to stay warm.

The Hopi believe that the Creator’s Nephew placed the planets in gentle order when they first found earth wobbling in space. I believe he did this with the moon and that the murals of Egypt show this event. Perhaps in time we can come together and put the moon back in its proper place and orbit to solve climate change and global warming? What would it take? How could we do it? How much time do we have left to act? If I am correct the Sphinx is the time piece and we will enter the next age on December 21st in the year 2100, the winter solstice and the coming new age.

Special thanks to Peter Tompkins, Secrets of the Great Pyramid, and Anna Sofaer, The Mystery of Chaco Canyon.

DE QUALQUER MANEIRA, LIBERDADE - UM POEMA POR M.N. Hopkins

Cortando a cabeça

Ou o corpo da cobra

De qualquer maneira, liberdade

© 2018 M.N. Hopkins

"Nota: Escrevi este poema após acordar, a meio da noite ou da madrugada, dependendo do ponto de vista de cada um, com os pensamentos no estado do Mundo, que está a ser liderado por mentirosos e ladrões que roubam os tesouros nacionais para financiar as suas actividade privadas e secretas, disfarçadas de ações humanitárias. O movimento "coletes amarelos" é uma tentativa de parar a escravização global das massas. Escrevi este poema ao estilo Haiku, porque acredito que torna a sua interprtação única.

Evil Fears Free Men - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Evil fears freemen

Secure, confident within

No chains to bind them

© 2018  M.N. Hopkins

Note:    This is the second poem in a three poem trilogy that I wrote between 3 to 4 am on the morning of  December 18, 2018.  One never knows when inspiration knocks on the door.  Usually I loose the words by not getting up to write them down but this time I made the effort.   The theme is more that of political or societal freedom which in our current world are quickly being eroded due to our own irresponsibility and lack of courage to stand up and say,  no to those of dark determination who are now setting the course toward mankind's demise.

This poem was written in the haiku style of poetry and published for the first time on my blog today, the 19th of December 2018.

Either Way, Freedom - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Cutting off the head

Or, the body of the snake

Either way, freedom

©  2018  M.N. Hopkins

Note:   I wrote this after waking up in the middle of the night or the wee hours of the morning depending on one's viewpoint with the thoughts of the state of our world being run by liars and thieves who steal from our national treasuries to finance their own private, covert activities under the guise of humanitarianism.   The yellow vest movement is very well an attempt to stop the movement now in high gear of total global enslavement of the masses.   I wrote this poem in the haiku style of poetry which I believe leads one to their own unique interpretation.

I published this poem for the first time today on my blog on the 18th of December,  2018.  This poem is the first of 3 that I wrote between 3 to 4 am this day.

Skillful Grace - A Tara Practice

“Skillful Grace — Tara Practice for our Times” (preface)
by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche

Sublime and noble Lady with your circle,
Lovingly regard me with compassion, free of thought.
Bless me so the aims of all my prayers
Can be fulfilled without obstacles.
May the Buddha’s teachings spread and flourish!
May its holders live in harmony and good health !
May obstacles that threaten them subside!
May their teachings and practice prosper!
May sickness and famine, fighting and strife, all recede!
May spiritual richness increase even further!
May the spiritual rulers’ kingdoms expand!
May every country, near and far, have harmony!
Protect us from untimely death and the sixteen threats,
From menacing dreams and sinister omens,
From the miseries of samsara’s lower realms,
From every peril, now and always!
Increase our life, merit, capacity, experience and realization!
May harmful notions not intrude!
May the twofold awakened mind arise, free of effort!
May our aims be fulfilled in accordance with the Dharma!
From now until supreme enlightenment,
Always guard us with your kindness
Like a mother protects her only child.
May we be indivisible from you.

Take A Walk For Good Health

Walking was actually a prescription for depression and anxiety as well as being out in forests before the time when Pharma started pushing their drugs on people through their doctor agents.  I knew someone in the early 80s who actually got a prescription from her doctor of walking.

True Change In Society - The Wisdom of Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov

"Whatever the failings of a society, it is not advisable to solve them with violence.  Some people may say, ‘But when everything needs to be changed, violence is necessary.’ No, and first of all we must never confuse change with upheaval.  It is never by means of violence that true change can be realized. In fact, it has often been observed that violence always brings about greater evils than those it claims to cure. In truth, making change in society is the responsibility of every one of us.  No matter how highly placed or powerful, no single person can proclaim, ‘From now on there will no longer be any injustice, nor crime, nor poverty, and so on.’ If someone attempts to do so, the results will not be long-lasting.  Whether for good or for evil, no one has ever succeeded in affecting permanent change.  True change can occur only when individuals decide to begin to transform themselves, for then each person becomes a valuable and constructive agent for all."

Leave The World Better When You Depart Than When You Arrived

This was taught to us in primary school.    The opposite view is in effect now.   It's all about me and my feeling and my comfort without any thought of community and people wonder why the world is headed in the direction or better said, the mis-direction that it is.

One of those rules that is about the survival and continuation of human community.

Preparation of Food - The Wisdom of Omraam Mikheal Aivanhov

Food - what we impart to it with our hands

"One of people’s main concerns nowadays is the quality of their food – they seek to eat healthy food. It is of course highly desirable that food should not be contaminated by fertilizers or pesticides, but it is also important to realize that the food prepared by others is permeated with their emanations which are imparted to all who eat it.

Chefs, caterers, bakers and all those people who prepare food for their families on a daily basis must know this law. With this knowledge they will then get into the habit of touching food, aware that what they are holding in their hands will contribute to building a healthy body for people nearby and far away, those known and unknown to them. This is a huge responsibility and it is therefore worthwhile for them to be in the best inner state when they prepare food, fostering thoughts of good health, peace and light for those who are due to eat it."

Simply, Remember What We Truly Are - An insight & Quotation from M.N. Hopkins

Chains of ego
Those of us who often consider ourselves enlightened often say without thinking,  "We have yet to evolve to a higher state of consciousness."

After, the gathering of my own thoughts on this subject, I came to the realization that in reality, we have de-evolved from a higher state of consciousness and awareness to our current state.

Then in order to reach a higher state of enlightenment or consciousness all that is necessary is for us to simply, remember what we truly are and from where we came from.

©  2018 M.N. Hopkins

Note:   This insight came to me while thinking of a conversation I had with another a few days earlier and reflected upon what I had said and that the words were not really mine but rather a standard answer that many parrot.   I wrote out my thoughts on this and this is the result which I published as an insight and quotation for the first time on my blog on the 14th of November, 2018.

25 Lessons of An Old Greek Shepherd by George Giotis

“25 Life Lessons By An Old Greek Shepherd”
by George Giotis, Greece by Greeks

“The road to the destination is never straight. To reach out to the winter shelter someone must take a lot of turns, travel along rough roads, suffer losses. You have to make sure that you always take food supplies with you.

Leave the past behind. If a wolf eats your goat, you can't do anything about it. Just make sure that next time you will be more careful.

Don't live just for saving money and don't be stingy. Don't postpone the tasting of joy for future times. Do it now, while you are still young. Make your hard work worth even more.

Struggle, fight. You are the only one in charge of yourself. Don't be truant, don't expect your dogs to do all the work in herding the sheep.

Ask for the respect you deserve, don't let others use you as a doormat. Set limits, put up fences, protect your animals.

Blessed are the ones who make mistakes. Make mistakes. These are life lessons, we call these experience. Don't forget who you were until yesterday. Start today and define with your actions who you are going to be from now on.  Learn to forgive, starting with yourself. Don't feel guilty, you have no time for that.

Blessed are those who doubt. Don' t let your life be ruled by dogmas. Remember that if some people hadn't t doubted previous knowledge, mankind would have still lived in caves. Examine the information, be skeptical, think critically, think rationally, revise. You haven't seen any fairies and ghosts in the forest, just wolves.

Be careful. Observe others. Look them in the eyes. Like a Greek saying, "If it is not shown in the goat, it is shown by the horn ."

Life is a journey, not a destination. And it is valuable. The previous word you read already belongs to the past.

Don't advise the young constantly, it's a waste of time. There is no right way to teach them pain or misery, solely experience will do that.

Go travel! Trips are experiences that stay with us forever. Get out, try, taste, savor images greedily. Let your senses free. Expose yourself, let it go, crumble, lose your self-control from time to time. Not just your self-control, but stop controlling others too.

You have been isolated enough in your winter shelter, get out. Go find your friends and companionship.

Do not try to control others. You condemn in anxiety and suffering not only yourself, but also those who you try to control. Let others live, and live for yourself. Leave the other flocks to their shepherds, take care of yours.

Life is not fair. The universe does not owe you any solace, and it is certain that at the end of the road you die. Hurry up.

You can be a winner. Learn from those around you. Become a child with children, play with them, but also go to the cafe and talk to the elderly. You can learn from their accumulated experience.

Do not take everything into account. Do not take everything seriously. You are probably overreacting today. What bothers you or you are afraid of now, most likely tomorrow will seem lukewarm or insipid. Try to see yourself from a distance, take a look at the sight of your flock from the hill.

Have patience. The goats do not give birth every month. But when that happens you need to be there because they need you.

Quarrel with your partner if necessary, it is not terrible, let the feelings be defused.Make decompression in anger. The fire is sometimes beneficial. If an area of kernes oak get burnt, spring will give again vegetation, fine food for goats and their young. Careful though, the words you say you can't take them back. Watch what your goats eat, they don't know how to pick. If they eat the shoots of trees, the forest cannot be created again, the place will be left bare fallow.

Be balanced. Enjoy the food and your drink. Do not forget that the world's poor walk miles for their daily food while the rich walk miles to digest it.

There is no perfect time, the circumstances and conditions will never be ideal. Start from where you are now! Do not postpone.

Be polite. A smiling face reflects similar behavior. Make gifts. Even the gift of a good word is important. Behave well to the elderly, you will soon be like them. Behave well to animals, they are not mean or envious, they have no obsessions or selfishness. They forgive without limit.

If you know how to read, read a lot! Those who read live extra lives. Not only their own but also all of those who you have read about.

Be bold. The fear keeps you tied but it is not real, it just comes from the unknown which is not in your head.

Do not get attached to things. Life is like the path of the pastures and the shepherd's bag. The more you fill it, the harder you will walk. Take only the necessary things with you. The flock keeps walking, it will not wait for you if you can't move because of too many heavy things. Let them go, release them, feel more flexible and free.”

Now, You Will See Clearly With The Heart - A Quotation from M.N. Hopkins

Now,  you will see clearly with the heart.  For through the heart way lies the greatest happiness while living one's life as a human being.  It is the heart way that seeks a better way for all inhabitants of the human community.  It is the heart way that balances and brings the peace and certainty of Spirit into one's being.  The heart way bridges the gap between Heaven and Earth and allows one to enter into realms of unlimited potential. For through the heart one can again know that one is neither apart from or separate from the Whole.  One becomes the heart of a Larger Heart, which beats with the rhythm of the One Heart, which is the Essence of All of Life.

Note:  I wrote this as part of a longer inspirational writing perhaps 15 years ago.  I decided to release it as a quotation on a post on my blog today, the 10th of November 2018.  This information or knowledge is timeless.  It is my hope that it sparks an insight in the reader that leads to a direct knowing of this and perhaps even a healing within.

Our Joy Arises - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Life is full of pain

This too will pass on our way

Our joy arises

© 2018  M.N. Hopkins

Note:  This poem was both inspired,  written and published for the first time on my blog today, the 5th of November 2018.  I was inspired during the watching a television production of a future apocalyptic world  in which the characters endure such great suffering and despair and yet continue to survive in the hope of creating a better future.   The human dilemma in a nut shell.  Ever persistent and resilient we are within our humanity.

I wrote this poem in the haiku style of poetry which can be short of words yet big in meaning.   I believe that this form leads the mind to it's own unique insights of the same theme.

While being in a human body, you will say and do things that will hurt other people.  Hence God gave a gift to you:   That is the gift of Forgiveness so you once again can reunite and open your heart and feel love and loved again.   Teach this gift to all children and Mankind will once again live in peace and harmony upon planet Earth.

Now - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Write now

Write of better days to come

Days once dreamed of

Days now close to fruition

A dawning of a new age

Though

Not one ordered by man

Rather

One ordered by the Divine

That time is soon upon us

That time has come

That time is now

Now

Is the time

Of

A great awakening

A great acceptance

Of

The inheritance of Man

No longer directed by those of dark determination

Now

Directed by humans of Light

Yes

Light

Light directs  and fulfills

Light is the great awakener

And

Revealer

Revealing one’s true nature

As

A creative being

A being of Light

A co-creator with the Divine

Awaken now

Be alive

And

In Love again

Break the chains of deception

No longer listen to the empty words of empty hearts

Fill now with the Divine

Feel again

The joy of existence

Marvel at the wonders all around

Be at Peace

And

Be in Love

For now

Is that time

The only time

Open up

And

Feel the power of the Now

Now

You have arrived

Now

Are you liberated?

Now

Joined with the Creator

Joined with each other

Joined together as beings of Light

Now

Be at Peace

And

Be in Love

Now
