To Whom Do You Serve? - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Oh, such tenderness

Within the human spirit

To whom do you serve?

©  2019  M.N. Hopkins

Note:    The first two verses of this poem were inspired and came directly to me a few days ago after watching a movie in which one of the main characters was a very sweet, sensitive and kind person which is a rarity in our world of socially engineered mental illness and a long list of genders.   I tried 4 different versions of the 3rd line but none were right in my mind.  I thought to have patience and wait for a week or even a month if necessary and had faith the final verse would come to me eventually.   While walking today, the 18th of March, 2019 the words came to me.  Luckily, I carry paper and pen on me for occasions as this.   I wrote the entire poem out and published it today, the 18th of March 2019 in the haiku style of poetry.

11 Quotations from Bruce Lee

11 Fantastic Pieces Of Advice From Kung Fu Master Bruce Lee

InspireMore Staff       11 January  2015

Bruce Lee was not only a karate master, he had a pretty good outlook on life.  Here are some of his best quotes.

1. Be Yourself. “Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.”

2. Admit Your Mistakes. “Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.”

3. Don’t Waste Time. “If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of.”
4. Go With The Flow. “Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind.”
5. Be Slow To Anger. “A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough.”
6. Stay Humble. “Showing off is the fool’s idea of glory.”
7. Train Hard In Whatever You Do. “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
8. Live For More Than Yourself. “Real living is living for others.”
9. Focus On Endurance. “Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one”
10. Develop Love Constantly. “Love is like a friendship caught on fire. In the beginning a flame, very pretty, often hot and fierce, but still only light and flickering. As love grows older, our hearts mature and our love becomes as coals, deep-burning and unquenchable.”
11. Remain Positive. “As you think, so shall you become.”

Onward - A Poem by M.N.Hopkins

Onward, onward, all

Forward means life, retreat means death

Stay strong,  be fearless

Note:   Another poem inspired by the Starshatter series of Science Fiction novels.  In this poem I imagine what the Kil’ra Morale Officer named Dozan’Re who is a member of a tiger like race of aliens would say to rally the troops.  It was written as a tribute to this fictional character.  The poem was written a few days ago and published for the first time on my blog today, the 14th of March, 2019.

What Has France Become? A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

What has France become?

Black vests versus yellow vests

Divide and conquer.

© 2019  M.N. Hopkins

Note:   I wrote this poem after watching videos of yellow vest protesters clashing with police in Paris yesterday.   This happens when a ruling elite is totally cut off from the goals and desires of the citizens and people enter a rage induced frustration that leads to violence.   We will eat cake while the serfs get a few crumbs off the table from the money they are stealing from the our tax revenues and pension funds.   Picking such incompetent puppets to see to the interests of an elite few will eventually come to what we are seeing in France and spreading to other Lands.   The forces of evil have never been too bright and the ones of Light has always been too few.   This is the end result.

I wrote this poem yesterday in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 24th of February 2019.    Another one in the social, political arena which is the darkest part of our humanity.

Twin Suns Of Carrola Book Review and Recommendation by M.N. Hopkins

I have just finished reading the Twin Suns of Carrola, the second book in the Starshatter trilogy and found it to be an excellent read and even better than the first book in the trilogy.  In the first book, the characters were introduced and in this one, they were developed into characters that you cheer for and hope for their survival during intensive battle scenes.   The Black Knight is truly a gifted story teller and author.    It is as if this is his calling to write about traditional values such as courage, loyalty and sacrifice that are the finest attributes of our humanity and the building blocks of the human experience.

I can highly recommend this book to anyone who is a fantasy and/or science fiction fan.  This book will not disappoint.

Don't be fooled again

Note:   On a long walk I had been thinking about my two previous poems and how the theme was the same.   I thought that it is a same I did not write one more and complete a trilogy.   Then, these words came to me as walking.  Luckily I carry a pen and napkins in my backpack for moments like this.  I wrote this poem on the 13th of February, 2018 in the haiku style of poetry.  I published this poem for the first time on my blog today, the 15th of February, 2019.

An Ideal Is - A Quotation by M.N. Hopkins

An ideal is a vision of tomorrow which has not yet been put into place.  It has yet to be formed into your physical reality.  The structure has not yet been formed, so to live within this ideal is not yet possible and to attempt such will only cause great conflicts or upset within the personality structure.

Seek First Yourself - A Quotation from M.N. Hopkins

Seek first yourSelf, then seek to join self with Self to bridge the gap between Heaven and Earth.

Be not distracted by those of dull or ill perception.  Never forget the goal which is union with one's Divinity.  Once the reunion occurs, then one has access to the wisdom and knowledge that was before unknown.  Seek this union through prayer and meditation and events will unfold that will lead one to the activities that will enhance one's ability to be in Spirit, yet at the same time firmly established in one's human body.

UN Agendas # 2 - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

UN agendas

Both, ill thought out deceptions

To control, enslave

© 2019   M.N. Hopkins

Note:   This was written and published today the 15th of January 2019 in the haiku style of poetry.   This is a continuation of the theme of false institutions and their hidden agenda.  In reality, they have no more legality or authority than the Wizard of Oz behind his curtain.   These pacts come more under contract law and are only bidding if nations sign the devils deal to destroy their national sovereignty.   Once signed, it is too late and thus begins the death of your nation.

End Mis-Direction - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

End mis-direction

Fight for family and friends

Protect what is ours

© 2019    M.N. Hopkins

Note:    I wrote this poem while watching a movie called, SGT. Will Gardner.   I can recommend a view.    Many Vets. suffer under this system of corporate wars.  Once they are no longer useful to the global greed machine they are disposed of and many end up homeless and unloved.   In the early days of our Land we had militias meant to defend and protect an infant nation from outside powers.     Now,  we send our military out to protect global forces who seek to destroy our Union.  It's time to redirect and protect our Land from all foreign enemies.   I wrote and published it today in a haiku for the first time on my blog on the 12th of January 2019.

Strengthen Your Resolve - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Strengthen your resolve

Learn to control your feelings

False emotions will cease

©  2019  M. N. Hopkins

Note:     I wrote this poem yesterday while watching a movie called the Bird Box.  I suppose you would have to see the movie to understand.   There are forces in the world that use inherent abilities and sometimes technologies to manipulate our thoughts and emotions.   One must separate oneself from all the conflicting messages and many frequencies and plug into yourSelf.   That connecting will feed an energy and information that will give you an immunity and strength that will be necessary in the years ahead.   It is not an easy task at first but is the only way I know to insure any sanity or balance in the years to come.

I wrote this poem in the style of poetry know as haiku and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 8th of January, 2019.

Truth Shall Make You Free - The Wisdom of Beinsa Douno

“Truth shall make you free.”

“Truth is a quality of the soul, which the soul is seeking. Freedom is a primary power from which the soul was detached, and the thread was lost. As a result of that, the soul descended and went down into the material world. This symbolizes having trials and suffering. For human beings to be powerful, they must first be free. Power comes from freedom.

In order for human beings to be free, they must not sin. They must not permit bad thoughts within themselves or bad feelings and doubt within their souls. For human beings to be free, means for them to have absolute love for God, Who has given birth to them. These are the attributes of freedom; only through them can we create the mighty strength and power that we are now seeking. Truth is a messenger and guide that can lead the soul toward freedom. Freedom is a spring from which the soul can always benefit.

Truth is a method of the Divine economy through which all past mistakes will be corrected. Truth is a power that can disconnect evil from good, and can untie the cord with which human beings are bound. Truth can give human beings knowledge and wisdom, and can connect us with Divine love. When you can comprehend Truth, it will give you the inner fullness your soul requires. Only Truth can bring peace and calm within your soul.”

                                                                            Beinsa Douno
