Come to the realization that all life in this realm is based upon the illusion that love conquers all.

Love neither conquers or defeats.

Love is an emotion that joins with the forces of the universe to bring order and a reason for living.

For without love life would indeed be a living hell within your realm.

Far too many are driven by fear and fretful emotions and few can see the joy that lies within all things.

There is joy within the raindrop as well as joy within the sun's rays.

The trees of the forest delight in the joy transmitted to them through the sounds of all things large and small living within their realm.

For the trees understand that all are a part of God's creation and all are sacred within themselves.

Varnade för övervakning – hotas av stämning (Swedish Internet Provider Warns It's Customer of Spying & Is Threatened With A Lawsuit)

När internetoperatören Bahnhof fick veta att hundratusentals svenska surfare kunde bli övervakade på nätet gick man ut med en varning till sina kunder.
Svaret kom direkt: ett hot om stämning. 

 Maintrac försöker skrämma oss till tystnad, säger Jon Karlung, vd på Bahnhof.


I torsdags (21/11) skickade internetoperatören Bahnhof ut ett nyhetsbrev med en varning: vissa internetanvändare riskerar avlyssning av IP-nummer, där känsliga uppgifter lagras hos tredje part – företaget Maintrac i Linköping.
Bland annat visar IP-numren vem som besöker vilka webbsidor, vem som är vän med vem, vem som skickar mejl till vem, när det sker samt var användarna befinner sig.
Från Maintrac skulle informationen kunna lämnas ut till myndigheter automatiskt.
Men på kvällen efter att Bahnhof skickat varningen svarade Maintrac genom att skicka en skrivelse med hot om rättsliga åtgärder.

”Grovt förtal”

I brevet från Maintrac till Bahnhof står bland annat: 

”Bahnhof har offentligt gått ut och grovt förtalat Maintrac och även svenska stadsnät där ni påstår att vi sysslar med olaglig verksamhet.”
Maintrac kräver en offentlig ursäkt och avslutar:
”Eventuella rättsliga åtgärder gentemot er är helt beroende av ert fortsatta agerande.”
Men Jon Karlung, vd på Bahnhof, svarar att utskicket innehöll viktig information för konsumenterna:
– Om stadsnäten i Sverige börjar datalagra hos tredje part, så måste våra kunder få ta ställning till det. Vi påstår inte att Maintrac gör något olagligt. Men de har själva sagt att de erbjuder automatisk hantering, och det tycker vi är fel. Lagen kräver inte det.

”Användarna är gisslan hos tredje part”

Efter kritiken valde Svenska Stadsnätsföreningen att redan nästa dag ändra Maintracs uppdrag. Nu kommer IP-adresserna som finns lagrade hos Maintrac inte att lämnas ut automatiskt till polisen och andra myndigheter.
– Men faktum kvarstår att våra kunder är gisslan hos tredje part, säger Jon Karlung. Det ger en ökad osäkerhet. Bahnhof har en lång historia av att hantera alla förfrågningar från myndigheter manuellt, vilket många av våra användare uppskattar. Stadsnäten blandade in Maintrac utan att vara tydliga med konsekvenserna.
Han själv är inte imponerad av Maintracs agerande:
– När de får kritik reagerar de genom att samma kväll hota med domstol för ”grovt förtal”. Den brottsrubriceringen existerar ju bara för privatpersoner, inte företag. Deras agerande inger knappast förtroende. Ska de ha hand om känsliga uppgifter för hundratusentals surfare?

”Risk med utomstående bolag”

Att blanda in utomstående bolag innebär alltid en risk, understryker Jon Karlung:
– Vi har i olika sammanhang varnat för att datalagaring kan göra att uppgifterna hamnar i fel händer. Ja, nu sker ju det! De hamnar i Maintracs händer. Risken ökar att informationen läcker ut eller missbrukas om den lagras på flera ställen. Ingen teleoperatör är immun mot risker, men då har kunden i alla fall själv en ärlig chans att bedöma risken hos just den operatören.

Redo för rättsprocess

Sammanfattningsvis ångrar inte Jon Karlung att Bahnhof skickade ut varningen:
– Vi var tvungna att som ren konsumentupplysning berätta hur det låg till för kunderna. Och det är detta vi gör i vårt nyhetsbrev. De här frågorna måste ut i ljuset.
Nu väntar han på att se om Maintrac gör allvar av sina hot.
– Vi är redo att ta fighten för integriteten på alla sätt, det har vi gjort förr. Om Maintrac vill ha en rättsprocess, så får de en rättsprocess.

I'm not sure how accurate this spanish to english translation is, but i'd just like to restate panchovaladez's comment: "The majority of the era letters is composed by Eric Levi, the letters are a compilation of the Latin and of the French and for that reason they do not have translation."

Also, below are two versions of the lyrics. I cannot tell which one is correct as I'm still trying to find that out. If you have a copy of the CD album Era 2 or The Very Best of Era, please let me know.

A heartbroken Utah mother shared her story on Fox and Friends this morning following the death of her 19-year-old son.

One day later he fell into a coma and was taken off life support after 28 days.

Webb now questions whether the routine vaccine was responsible for the death of her son, who was set to depart on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She says doctors tested her son for many diseases, even rabies, but didn't consider that the flu vaccination could have been a factor until "the very end."

Webb said there's "no doubt" in her mind that if they had focused on the flu vaccine from the start that her son would still be alive.

"It was a nightmare. No family should have to go through that," she told Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

"He was so healthy. He was pure. He should have been able to fight the flu. I wish he would have gotten the flu rather than this vaccination," said Webb.

About 130 million Americans receive the flu vaccine each year and serious side effects are considered extremely rare.

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, Utah health officials are aware of the case, but would not comment on the cause of death or whether there is an investigation taking place. The state has never recorded a death as being caused by the flu vaccine.

On Wednesday morning I signed an Avaaz petition Do not give the NSW HCCC powers of censorship over public and individuals opposing moves to silence criticism of the New South Wales health department. New South Wales is the most populace state of Australia. Within minutes my moderate and reasoned political statement which I had reposted to Facebook was being blocked, deemed “offensive or unsuitable”. It read:

It is simply the end of liberal democracy when government bureaucrats decide what the truth is and enforce a policy based on it. If people think their health is (a) marginal issue – that there are other matters of more political substance – they are in error. You will find there are not only bigger and bigger areas on which you cannot decide for yourself there are bigger and bigger areas in which the state is no longer accountable and can do anything it wants.”

Meryl Dorey of the Australian Vaccination Network tells me that her Facebook posts are often disrupted in this way or with the enigmatic message “It looks like you were misusing this feature by going to fast. You’ve been blocked from using it.”

 

It is quite obvious that if anyone was spreading false information about health matters in New South Wales there would already be legal sanction: the problem is saying things the government does not like…(continue reading)
