Regeneration

Body, mind healing will come

If you will it so

Note:    I wrote this poem a few day back inspired by the work of Sayer Ji of Green Med Info.    I too am of the belief that the body can regenerate itself and grow new cells and that a dietary and exercise approach is probably the safest and most effective.   I wrote this poem in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 10th of March, 2020.
