Peia Luzzi is an American born song collector, writer and multi-instrumentalist based in the mountains of Southern Oregon. Like water from a deep well, she draws inspiration from her ancestral roots of Celtic and Old World European folk music. With the voice of a lark, Peia dances nimbly from Child Ballads and 17th C. Gaelic laments, to Waulking Songs, and Bulgarian mountain calls. She has travelled extensively over the past 10 years to uncover melodies wrinkled and wise with time, labouring to honour their language and stories, while bringing a piece of herself to each song she carries.

We are at a crossroads,  Either we summit to an evil cult of outside meddlers and a cowardly, corrupted internal group of traitors of dark determination and their attempts to destroy the republic or we come together as American patriots of all colours, races, religions, beliefs and isms and crush the opposition and drive them from our shores.  Its time to rekindle the American spirit and honour our past generations who gave up everything to insure our freedoms and the survival of our republic into the future.  It's up to us now.  No one will save us but ourselves and our own fortitude and help from the Divine.

Note:    This poem was inspired after listening to an interview with Dr. Wakefield.  It is clear to me that interventions by bad science and bad medicine has caused many serious illnesses that would have naturally and were naturally mutating into less serious bugs to instead reemerge as lethal and debilitating diseases.  Remember, the old saying, when man plays God.

I wrote this poem yesterday and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 19th of June, 2020 in the haiku style of poetry.

DIRECTOR Andrew Wakefield MB.BS., is an academic gastroenterologist. He received his medical degree from St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School, London in 1981.

He qualified as Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1985 and trained as a gastrointestinal surgeon with a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease.

He was awarded a Wellcome Trust Traveling Fellowship to study small-intestinal transplantation in Toronto. He was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists in the U.K. in 2001. Wakefield has published over 140 original scientific papers, reviews, and book chapters.

In 1995, as an academic physician working in a London teaching hospital, he was contacted by the parent of an autistic child with stomach issues.

He soon learned from several other parents with autistic behaviors, that their children’s regressive behavior immediately followed an MMR vaccine.

He started investigating a possible role between gastrointestinal issues, the MMR vaccine, and neurological injury in children. In pursuit of this possible link, Dr. Wakefield participated in a study of twelve children with both stomach and developmental issues. The ensuing report, written with twelve other authors would catapult Wakefield into becoming one of the most controversial figures in the history of Medicine.
