Common cold is an ailment that can affect us any time of the year. Not only is it a draining experience but the blocked passages can be quite painful! Remedy #1 - Keep yourself hydrated
You need to drink lots of fluids to get rid of the congestion. Opt for water at room temperature or orange juices. Not only will these keep your throat moist and help to break the congestion, but will also keep you hydrated. Drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water, fresh juices, soups and warm teas.
Remedy #2 - Inhalation works!
Hold your head over a pot of boiling water to ease the congestion. Add a few drops of Sushwasa essential oil to the water and inhale. Remedy #7- Sleep well
