I was a little skeptical, becuase I have heard of something similar, but this looked really good to me (don't think it was the same I heard of) - actually I tried it out myself and it worked in a good way I guess :) a little weird, but for sure, tensions are hold on to very tight into the body and this seems to be a good way to get rid of it.

I dont do Yoga but everyone says it works well for stress and anxiety release. I assume for trauma ridden people it can do the same.
