Note: I wrote this poem in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time today, the 18th of February, 2025. We live in emotionally unstable times and many people are loosing it. To survive, one must maintain an emotional and mental balance. Find out how if you wish to remain healthy despite outer instability.
