Fear Not And Continue To Commune With The Divine– A Discourse by M.N. Hopkins

Fear Not And Continue To Commune With The Divine– A Discourse by M.N. Hopkins

We understand your concerns.  To live in your world one must have concerns to survive in a physical environment.   One has incarnated into the animal world with it’s structures of heirachy,  control over others and  violence, one toward another.

This is true for as long as you inhabit a human body.  While in this body one must obey it’s rules of conduct as a means of survival within a brutal system of human community.

A difference with Man is that he or she can have a dual existence.  One grounded in the physical reality and one connected to other realms.  One of these realms is that which is called,  Heaven or the Divine.  One can inhabit both simultaneously and eat the fruits of both to maintain optimal functioning.  For the Divine can at times override human law and bring about outcomes that many call, miracles.   These unexpained happenings in which physical rules are bypassed or eliminated for the moment.

A moment long enough to bring about unexpected and unexplainable outcomes.

This is a state that all can strive for.  A blending of Heaven and Earth energies,  of darkness and Light,  sickness and health,  love and fear.  The Divine has a stronger charge and will always cancel out an Earth directive or rule.  Then,  miracles occur.  A body is healed instantly,  a relationship heals,  waring turns to peaceful pursuits.

Seek such a state of being.  Concentrate on the Divine for a determined period of time everyday and see the results.  Meditation is one tool, prayer is another.  Daydreaming can also be fruitful.  Take a time out from your competitions and fear of others for a specific amount of time everyday.

This will increase or build up good mental, emotional and physical health.  This will bring with it a calmness and a strength and a courage that is not of your world yet can be expressed within your world of Man.

Allow yourself this freedom daily and see the positive change within your human structures or systems.

Be not afraid, just be at ease and be at peace.   During a time of calm the body will heal and the Divine fruit shall ripen.  Then can you feast upon the results of your work while at the same time experiencing a banquent of delights.

Fear not and continue to commune with the Divine.

Go Forth This Day - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Go Forth This Day - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

When we see ourselves as special then we are of course, special

When we see ourselves with humility

Well,  then we are truly  in a special place

A place from which blessings flow

A place of renewal

A place of gifts offered

And

Gifts received

We are at the pinnacle of existence

A place of the meeting of hearts

A place of renewal

A place of revival

A place of grace

A place in which is no place

And

Everyplace

A new beginning

A new ending

A new outcome

A new glory

A place to work

A place to rest

A place to face one’s fears

A place to overcome one’s fears

A place of renewal

A place of redemption

A place of faith restored

Faith in oneself

And

Faith in Mankind

Being in the Faith of the Divine

A gift given

A gift to be shared

Share it

And

As you do

So, shall you be the receiver of many blessings

Showered upon you

For

To do for the others

Is to do for Me.

Go forth this day

And be as a Light within the darkness

Bring the ships safely  back to shore.

No harm will come to you

I have sent my messengers and angels of mercy

Be assured that all goes well

Be assured that the plan unfolds

Be assured that Grace has

And

Will arrive

Be as a leaf in the wind

And

Vibrate the sounds of creation

To all whom will hear.

22 Ways Drinking Soda Will Shorten Your Life by Elisha McFarland

22 Ways Drinking Soda Will Shorten Your Life

by Elisha McFarland

Green Med Info,       1 July 2016

Numerous studies have shown the negative health effects of drinking soda on your waistline and your teeth. Drinking soda however, has far more serious health risks than many of us may realize.

According to Euromonitor, the average person in the United States consumes more than 126 grams of sugar per day. That’s equal to 25.2 teaspoons, or the equivalent of drinking a little over three 12 ounce colas.

Numerous studies have shown the negative health effects of drinking soda on your waistline and your teeth. Drinking soda however, has far more health risks than many of us may realize. Regular consumption of sugary drinks is linked to numerous health problems including diabetes, heart disease, asthma, COPD and obesity.

So what are the risks and how much soda is too much? Let’s take a look:

1. Soda can cause a decline in kidney function. In an 11-year-long Harvard Medical School study, including 3,318 women, researchers found that diet cola is linked with a two-fold increased risk for kidney decline.

2. Soda increases diabetes risk. High levels of sugar in soda places a lot of stress on your pancreas, potentially leaving it unable to keep up with the body’s need for insulin. Drinking one or two sugary drinks per day increases your risk for type 2 diabetes by 25%.

3. Soda cans are lined with BPA.  Soda cans are coated with the endocrine disruptor bisphenol A (BPA), which has been linked to everything from heart disease to obesity to reproductive problems

4. Soda dehydrates you. Caffeine is a diuretic. Diuretics promote the production of urine, causing you to urinate more frequently.  When the body’s cells are dehydrated they have difficulty absorbing nutrients, and it also makes it more difficult for the body to eliminate waste.

5. Caramel coloring in soda is linked to cancer. The artificial brown coloring in colas is a chemical process, it is not made from caramelized sugar. It is made by reacting sugars with ammonia and sulfites under high pressure and temperatures. These chemical reactions result in the formation of 2-methylimidazole (2-MI) and 4 methylimidazole (4-MI), which in government-conducted studies caused lung, liver, or thyroid cancer or leukemia in laboratory mice and rats.

6. Caramel coloring in soda is linked to vascular issues. Dr. Nehal N. Mehta, director of Inflammatory Risk Cardiology at the University of Pennsylvania states that there is a link between vascular problems and caramel-containing products.

7. Soda is high in calories. A 20 ounce can of Coca Cola contains 17 teaspoons of sugar and 240 calories…empty calories devoid of any nutritional value. It would take the average adult over one hour of walking to burn off the 240 calories in a 20-ounce soda.

8. Caffeine in soda blocks the absorption of magnesium. According to Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. Magnesium is essential for more than 325 enzyme reactions in the body. Magnesium also plays a role in your body's detoxification processes and therefore is important for minimizing damage from environmental chemicals, heavy metals, and other toxins.

9. Soda increases obesity risk in children. Each additional soda or other sugary drink consumed per day increases the likelihood of a child becoming obese by about 60%. Sugary drinks are connected to other health problems as well.

10. Soda increases heart disease in men. Each soda consumed per day increases the risk of heart disease by 20% in men.

11. Acid in soda wears away dental enamel. Lab testing on soda acidity shows that the amount of acid in soda is enough to wear away dental enamel. pH levels in soda can be as low as 2.5, as a frame of reference battery acid has a pH of 1, water has a pH of 7.0.

12. Soda contains high amounts of sugar. The average 20-ounce can of Coca Cola has the equivalent of 17 teaspoons of sugar, it's not hard to see that soda can be bad for your teeth and your overall health.

13. Soda contains artificial sweeteners. While many people opt for artificial sugar to lower caloric intake the tradeoff for your health isn’t so sweet. Artificial sugars are linked to numerous illness and diseases including cancer.

Be Brave - A Message from Dr. Suzanne Humphries

Dear People who are predicting my demise by big pharma's hoodlums. To all the well wishers who think they are being helpful by writing to me telling me the danger I am in and to be careful. I know you probably have not thought it through because the fear took you first. But consider this please, and know that I am not mad at you and that I know you mean well, but . . .
When people stop being fearful of every little thing that they hear then maybe we will get some real movement from the inside---from doctors and nurses and parents who are all trembling. You know, the ones who tell me how they agree with me but they are too scared to speak up.
Every day I get letters telling me to be careful and to hire a bodyguard. Every day I see posts about me-- comments predicting my death, literally saying things like "I wonder when they will find her body", and "she better watch out", and "she had better hire a body guard", and "she's going to be next".
How do you think that lands on doctors who may be wanting to come out of the closet about what they know of vaccines, or to go holistic, but have not yet? Instead of enshrouding everybody in fear I think we need to enshroud them in courage. After all how much importance are our lives when the future looks the way it does? As far as I'm concerned if they're going to kill me they will kill me. It's every day that I'm alive that counts and that is the message we should be promoting. Not one of how many doctors are being murdered and that we should all be hiring bodyguards and living in fear. I refuse and rebuke that.
The fact of the matter is that 400 medical doctors kill themselves every year intentionally because they know that they are pharmaceutical handmaidens and they don't know what else to do. I think that is really important as well. We need to get those doctors out of that place of desperation, and get them into a place of liberation and courage. This is the message that should come through my autobiography called Rising From The Dead that I just released. I am referring to the walking dead conventional medical community.

As Del Bigtree just said in his beautiful speech in California "Be BRAVE!" NOT "be afraid".

Never Wander Far From Your Heart's Light - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Photo taken by Frank Stiefel

Never Wander Far From Your Heart's Light

Sometimes I think of

All the sickness

In our world

If one becomes

Engaged

In this sickness

Over time

One will become

Sick

So

Live within the darkness

Of men and women

Yet

Hold tight upon

The Light

Never wander far

From your

Heart’s Light

Live amongst men and women

And

Participate in community

Yet

Do not join in

The dark intentions of

Those whom

Manipulate others

For their own purposes

Stay true to the Light

Within yourSelf

So as

To show a way

Out of the

Madness of

Men and women

Note:  This is a poem I began several months back.  I had it on a small piece of paper tucked into a small notebook which I had forgotten about.  I found it today,  finalised it,  and published it for the first time on my blog today.
