We are energy artists, painting on a canvas with the stuff of our dreams... the shadows of our fears, and the light of our faith. With each thought, emotion and action we are stroking our paint brushes across the canvas that is the fabric of reality. In light of this truth I feel that it's time we stopped playing the victim of outside circumstances and begin to consciously and intentionally create a world worth giving to future generations yet unborn.

Why Does Chlorine Dioxide (CD) Help to
Heal the Symptoms Known as Autism

Summary:

Kerri’s community sees autism as fungi, bacteria, virus, parasites, heavy metals, inflammation & autoimmune issues. CD is an oxidizer which is within the range the body can use without destroying human tissues. CD is a selective killer that kills pathogens and helps to restore the Krebs cycle function, giving energy to the body.

She went over some very detailed facts about the chemistry of CD and why it works, explaining how CD is metabolized to healthy end products that the body actually needs to function. She detailed the difference between CD and bleach, which it has been so ignorantly claimed to be by misleading media reports, as well as how terrible it would be for someone to give anyone laundry bleach internally as it would harm and possible kill them.

Kerri explained how CD can be used to detoxify the body by taking a low concentration oral dose. Enemas with CD can be added to help the liver, gallbladder and lymph systems flush, as well as kill pathogens.

The proper dosing of CD is determined by weight and tolerance.

CD can safely kill bacteria while not developing a resistance to it as is common with antibiotics.

Kerri discussed the oxidation process of CD and how it is different than a metabolic poison.

TCDO, a chlorite derivative, is being used at $6,000/treatment cost but isn’t even as effective as CD.

Kerri explained how CD is used in our drinking water to protect humans from pathogens in the water supply.

CD can also oxidize heavy metals. Hair analysis has shown a drop in two weeks. Once metals are oxidized they can be expelled by the body.

CD is not carcinogenic as shown in a 2000 peer reviewed EPA study on CD safety. The body needs chlorine/chloride for it to function properly.

There are many cited papers showing CD is safe to use.

In Europe ALS is being treated with CD.

Quantity makes the poison. Kerri discussed a few common things used to help the body that are well-known but in excess would be dangerous. This light hearted discussion shows that something as simple as water can be spun to be made to look bad.

No one should make statements that CD is the same as “bleach” because it could endanger the lives of people who might apply this misinformation out of ignorance. She talked about bleach mixing with ammonia which makes a toxic gas. If laundry bleach were taken internally, the ammonia in our bodies would interact and it would be very fatal if not toxic.

The toxicology of CD was discussed showing studies that prove it is safe including US government use. An impressively long list of patents describing the use of CD were shown, including over-the-counter products.

She explained the difference between a Herxheimer reactions and side effects (such as from drugs). Herxheimer reactions are to be avoided.

Enemas--a topic people really get uncomfortable about. This topic had some rather funny items, especially when considering the history of this procedure.

Unknown Substances which are likely pathogens/parasites. Kerri discussed “rope worm” as some call it, and that it requires further research. However, it has been found to have no human DNA, so it is something foreign to the body and would be helpful to eliminate.

She provided documented information about the drugs/chemicals parasites excrete, including ammonia, morphine and MDA. A few species of parasites use B12. It is common in autism to have low B12.

Kerri summarized the 7 steps her protocol uses and the synergistic effect that occurs when the steps are done together. There are variable speeds of recovery, and while her son is not fully recovered, the ones who do recover quickly help inspire everyone.

Kerri Rivera ended her talk with the following statement: “I talked to a friend of mine who is a doctor, and she has helped heal a lot of our kids, the other day and when I was telling her why I do this it’s because I sit and I listen to you parents every day tell me how your kids are recovering, and then I watch families send me letters, post emails, post things in Facebook, showing that their kids ATEC is zero, its one, I now have my child back. 10 Reasons to NEVER Let Your Kid Drink Soda

Many of us have opted for healthier choices for ourselves and our family. It certainly isn’t an easy process to break bad habits and relearn everything you’ve been taught about food. This is why it’s even more important to stop bad habits before they start, whenever possible. We gave you 10 reasons to dump diet soda, which can be the hardest hurdle for some. Well, here are 10 reasons to never let your kid drink soda:

1. Soda is addictive

The addictive properties of soda come from a number of its ingredients–first, the caffeine. Caffeine is the the most commonly used mood-altering drug in the world, says a report from Johns Hopkins. The report goes on to say caffeine produces a physical dependance. Those experiencing this admit to altered moods and not being able to quit caffeine, despite wanting to. Children are not immune to this dependance, and some might even say they are more susceptible to caffeine’s effects due to their smaller body weight.

Studies on sugar have had similar findings. Sugar leads to a dependance complete with cravings and withdrawals. Choosing a diet soda without the sugar isn’t a better option though. Artificial sweeteners actually trick the brain into wanting more, leading to dependance. Drinking soda may be more than just a bad habit, but an actual dependance that is tough to quit.

2. Soda has no nutritional value

Although this may seem obvious, soda is not providing much needed nutrition to our bodies. It does, however, provide empty calories and can suppress the appetite. Consuming soda may cause children to eat less of the foods they need to fuel their bodies. Those who drink soda regularly are also more likely to get less than the recommended amount of vitamin A, calcium, and magnesium, an important mineral to overall health.

3. Soda is harming children’s brains

A child’s brain is developing throughout adolescence. When a kid drinks soda, they are consuming chemicals that are altering their brain. MSG can be hiding in the citric acid of soda, as well as in the artificial flavors. This excitotoxin has been shown to damage the neurons in the brain of mice. In addition, high levels of excitotoxins have been linked to brain tumours, diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, brain damage, learning disorders and behavioral problems.

Aspartame, found in diet soda, is causing the same effect. Long-term consumption of aspartame led to an imbalance in the brain. Aspartame’s methanol content is also concerning for brain health, as it converts to formaldehyde, a known neurotoxin.

4. Soda is weakening kids’ bones

Drinking soda can actually deplete bones of much needed calcium. Phosphorus, a common ingredient in soda, leads to bone loss when in disproportionate levels to calcium. Caffeine is also a culprit here, as it is known to interfere with the absorption of calcium and bone density. Kids who drink soda are not likely to consume the necessary amount of milk or other calcium rich beverages.

5. Soda is causing bad behavior

The possible reasons for behavior issues from children who drink soda are many. It could be from the caffeine, sugar, artificial colors, or blood sugar spikes and drops. According to a survey of more than 3000 mothers, children who drank soda were more aggressive, withdrawn, and had trouble paying attention.

6. Soda is destroying kids’ teeth

Sugar isn’t good for teeth, and neither are the acids within soda. Both the citric acid and phosphorus can wear away tooth enamel and lead to decay. Combined with the addictive nature of soda, teeth can be frequently exposed to this harmful beverage and be at risk for tooth erosion.

7. Soda is contributing to childhood diabetes

Mice fed artificial sweeteners, like aspartame found in diet sodas,  developed glucose intolerance, which can be an early sign of metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. What’s more frightening, is simply drinking soda in moderation may not reduce the risk. As little as one single 12 ounce can of soda a day can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 22%.

8. Kids who like the sweetness of soda are more likely to be overweight

One two year study of 3-5 year olds determined that the consumption of sugary beverages significantly increased the likelihood of childhood obesity. In addition, children who developed a preference for fatty or sweet foods were more inclined to be overweight. Even choosing diet soda to avoid sugar won’t prevent this, because aspartame increases sugar cravings by telling the brain to consume more

Florida Teacher Chris Ulmer Starts Each Day Complimenting Students One by One

In classrooms across the country, the school day almost always starts off with some kind of routine. Announcements, a run-through of the day's calendar or maybe the Pledge of Allegiance.

But in Chris Ulmer's classroom, the day starts off with 10 minutes of compliments.

In a video posted to Facebook that's been shared more than 8,000 times since it was posted on Sunday, Ulmer takes the time to pay several compliments to each and every one of the eight students in his special education classroom at Mainspring Academy in Jacksonville, Florida.

"I love having you in my class. I think you're very funny. You're a great soccer player. Everyone in here loves you," Ulmer says to the kids as they each take their turn standing in front of the class, facing Ulmer.

Ulmer said he's been posting videos -- with the kids' parents' permission -- almost every day, but this one, which he "spent about 10 minutes editing," has really resonated with the public. "I actually didn't think a whole lot about this one before posting it. It's just something we do."

Ulmer's Facebook page, Special Books by Special Kids, was created because he has been trying, unsuccessfully, to get a book published about the kids. "I have 50 rejection letters on my fridge to keep me motivated," he said. The book focuses on the story of each of the kids in his classroom and is collaboratively told by the child, his or her parents, and from Ulmer's perspective as their teacher.

He's had the same kids in his class for three years and said that they've "evolved as a family. We have an understanding that comes with time that you don't naturally have."

In his first year of teaching, he said, each day had a theme, like "Monday Funday" and "Toast Tuesday," which is when the affirmations began. "I noticed the kids were always more motivated, happier and better behaved on Tuesdays. So we started doing it every day."

Ulmer said the change has been remarkable in his students, whose diagnoses range from autism to traumatic brain injury to speech apraxia to agenesis of corpus callosum.

"They all came from a segregated environment [from general education students]. Now they're participating in school activities, dancing in front of hundreds of other kids and in the debate club." And while Ulmer agrees academics are important, he thought it even more important to reverse the psychological damage that came from being made to feel like outcasts.

And if a publisher never comes, Ulmer is committed to telling his students' stories on social media to educate the masses about what life is like in their shoes. "Everyone has their quirks, and that's a good thing," he said. "We give ignorance a free pass. There is no excuse for a lack of empathy."

It is each persons responsibility to live in a way that nurtures and supports the good within. It takes effort to weed a garden, so the plants grow healthy and strong.

There are no techniques or devices or systems that will lead one to one's deliverance from human suffering. This has been a misunderstanding for many thousands of years. 

Only through right action will one evolve into a true human being. Change one's behavior by living in a way that enriches and supports a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

Be responsible and part of the human community and have no concern for all the false ones who teach fear and lack of concern for their fellow humans. Live by example. Give your love freely. For, in freedom is grown a loving and kind heart.

Do not despair for yourself or others. You will have just what you need, just when you need it. All future events cannot and will not be revealed. It is best just to accept what life has to offer to you and join with the Creator in creating a world that is better suited for kind hearted, loving human beings. 

For as long as the dishonest and hate filled ones rule, life in this world will always be filled with sadness and disappointment.

At 4 months old she was rolling over, pulling herself up and sitting up until she fell over after a few minutes. Lol. She was grabbing for everything. Lol. Always smiling and happy said "hi" or at least it sounded like it. Lol. Our baby was perfect.

On 07/08/14 when we took our baby girl to her 4 month wellness checkup, she received 6 vaccines: Dtap, HepB, IPV, PCV, HiB, and Rotavirus. Within the hour her reaction started; screaming horribly, throwing head backwards almost touching bottom, loss of muscle use, loss of emotions, spasms we later found out are seizures, Clinching of fists, etc. Her doctors said it is all normal no matter what I asked them or said.

After two months of begging her doctor for answers we seen a new pediatrician at her 6 month check up. Within a few seconds the new pediatrician found that my daughters fontanelle (soft spot) closed completely prematurely. We rushed her to the hospital only to find that our daughters brain not only stopped growing completely at 4 months old but also shrank in size. Her brain and spinal stem are also full of cysts from toxin and metal build up.

The saddest part, is our daughter is a "lucky" one. Many children pass away from the vaccines they received.

How to Make Herbal Tinctures

How to Make Herbal Tinctures

I have several tincture recipes posted (including my two favorites: Chamomile Tinctureand Digestion Tincture) but I realized that a post with general instructions on how to make a tincture from any herbs would be helpful.

A tincture is a concentrated liquid form of an herb that is easy to make and easy to take. Tinctures preserve and concentrate the properties of the herb, making them more effective and longer lasting.

Alcohol based tinctures have a shelf life of several years and are easy to use when needed! I keep several tinctures on hand for my kids, as they can be used externally even on small children for relief from common problems.

If you’ve ever bought tinctures from the store, I’d encourage you to try making your own, as they are very inexpensive and can be made in minutes.

Tincture Making Supplies

I make most tinctures in an alcohol base as this makes them the most long lasting, but tinctures can also be made with glycerine, vinegar or even with honey to make a syrup!

To make a tincture, you will need the following supplies:

• A clean glass jar (at least pint size) with lid
• Consumable alcohol like vodka or rum- at least 80 proof (or apple cider vinegar or food grade vegetable glycerine)
• Herbs of choice (I get mine here or grow my own)

How to Make a Tincture

Also called an extract (in fact, the same process is used to make real vanilla extract), alcohol tinctures are the most common type and the easiest to make.

First, pick which herbs you plan to use. These are my three favorite tinctures:

• Chamomile Tincture (great for kids, promotes restful sleep and good for skin)
• Digestion Tincture (helps with nausea, heartburn, etc)
• Sweet Dreams Tincture (I use to help little ones who are having trouble sleeping)

Fill the jar 1/3 to 1/2 full with dried herbs. Filling half full will make a stronger tincture. Do not pack down.

Pour boiling water to just dampen all of the herbs. (This step is optional but helps to draw out the beneficial properties of the herbs)

Fill the rest of the jar (or the entire jar if not using hot water too) with alcohol and stir with a clean spoon.

Put the lid on the jar. Store the jar in a cool/dry place, shaking daily, for at least three weeks and up to six months. (I usually leave herbs for six weeks)

Strain through cheesecloth and compost the herbs. Store the tincture in colored dropper bottles or clean glass jars.

NOTE: The alcohol can be evaporated before use (see below) or a tincture can be made in the same way using apple cider vinegar, though it will need to be stored in the fridge and will only last 3-6 months.

How to Use Herbal Tinctures

The standard adult dose we take is 1/2 to 1 teaspoon up to three times a day as needed. Kids usually get 1/4 to 1/3 of the adult dose.

For children, pregnant women, or those not wanting to consume alcohol, it can be poured into a hot liquid like tea to evaporate the alcohol before consuming.

“If you believe what you are told by the AMA and the CDC and your doctor, you’re not doing enough research.” Those are Scott Cooper’s own words. The former Merck salesman says that vaccines are NOT safe and are NOT effective and pleads with the public to do more research.

So then why, when people who have inside knowledge and nothing to gain, tell us these things do we not listen? Creating friction and yourself between Pharmaceutical companies is not a comforting experience, nor is it the path to making more money in life. Pharma has all the money, all the opportunity and it would be a much easier path to just stay quiet. But that’s not what’s happening anymore. People do have a conscience. People are speaking out even when it isn’t beneficial to them personally.

16 More Reasons Black Seed Is 'The Remedy For Everything But Death'

A year ago, we wrote an article about nigella sativa (aka black seed) titled, 'The Remedy For Everything But Death.' It described the research on the many ways in which black seed (nigella sativa) is a potentially life-saving medicinal food, and is one of our most popular articles, with over 225K social media shares.

Opening with, "This humble, but immensely powerful seed, kills MRSA, heals the chemical weapon poisoned body, stimulates regeneration of the dying beta cells within the diabetic's pancreas, and yet too few even know it exists," the article summarized the peer-reviewed and published research on 10 of the seed's remarkable health benefits:

• Type 2 Diabetes: Two grams of black seed a day resulted in reduced fasting glucose, decreased insulin resistance, increased beta-cell function, and reduced glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in human subjects.[ii]
• Helicobacter Pylori Infection: Black seeds possess clinically useful anti-H. pylori activity, comparable to triple eradication therapy.[iii]
• Epilepsy: Black seeds were traditionally known to have anticonvulsive properties. A 2007 study with epileptic children, whose condition was refractory to conventional drug treatment, found that a water extract significantly reduced seizure activity.[iv]
• High Blood pressure: The daily use of 100 and 200 mg of black seed extract, twice daily, for 2 months, was found to have a blood pressure-lowering effect in patients with mild hypertension.[v]
• Asthma: Thymoquinone, one of the main active constituents within Nigella sativa, is superior to the drug fluticasone in an animal model of asthma.[vi] Another study, this time in human subjects, found that boiled water extracts of black seed have relatively potent antiasthmatic effect on asthmatic airways.[vii]
• Acute tonsillopharyngitis: characterized by tonsil or pharyngeal inflammation (i.e. sore throat), mostly viral in origin, black seed capsules (in combination with Phyllanthus niruri) have been found to significantly alleviate throat pain, and reduce the need for pain-killers, in human subjects.[viii]
• Chemical Weapons Injury: A randomized, placebo-controlled human study of chemical weapons injured patients found that boiled water extracts of black seed reduced respiratory symptoms, chest wheezing, and pulmonary function test values, as well as reduced the need for drug treatment.[ix]
• Colon Cancer: Cell studies have found that black seed extract compares favorably to the chemoagent 5-fluoruracil in the suppression of colon cancer growth, but with a far higher safety profile.[x] Animal research has found that black seed oil has significant inhibitory effects against colon cancer in rats, without observable side effects.[xi]
• MRSA: Black seed has anti-bacterial activity against clinical isolates of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus.[xii]
• Opiate Addiction/Withdrawal: A study on 35 opiate addicts found black seed as an effective therapy in long-term treatment of opioid dependence.[xiii]

Since then, the biomedical research on black seed has continued to flourish, with another 78 studies published and cited on the National Library of Medicine's biomedical database MEDLINE over the past 11 months.

Here are 16 additional potential health benefits to add to the growing list:

1. Prevents Radiation Damage: Nigella sativa oil (NSO) and its active component, thymoquinone, protect brain tissue from radiation-induced nitrosative stress.[i]
2. Protects Against Damage from Heart Attack: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa has a protective effect against damage associated with experimental heart attack.[ii]
3. Prevents Morphine Dependence/Toxicity: An alcohol extract of nigella sativa reduces morphine-associated conditioned place preference, an indication of morphine intoxication, dependence and tolerance.[iii]
4. Prevents Kidney Damage Associated with Diabetes: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa has protective effects on experimental diabetic nephropathy.[iv]
5. Prevents Post-Surgical Adhesions: Covering peritoneal surfaces with Nigella sativa oil (NSO) after peritoneal trauma is effective in decreasing peritoneal adhesion formation in an experimental model.[v]
6. Prevents Alzheimer's Associated Neurotoxicity: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa has protective effects on experimental diabetic prevents neurotoxicity and Aβ1-40-induced apoptosis in the cell model.[vi]
7. Suppresses Breast Cancer Growth: : A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa inhibits tumor growth and induces programmed cell death (apoptosis) in a breast cancer xenograft mouse model.[vii] [viii]
8. Exhibits Anti-Psoriasis Properties: The alcohol extract of nigella sativa seeds exhibit anti-psoriatic activity, consistent with its medicinal use in traditional medicine.[ix]
9.  Prevents Brain Pathology Associated with Parkinson's Disease: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa protects cultured neurons against αSN-induced synaptic toxicity, a pathology observed in the brains of patients with Parkinson's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies.[x]
10.  Kills Highly Aggressive Gliobastoma Brain Cancer Cells: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa exhibits glioblastoma cell killing activity. [xi]
11.  Kills Leukemia Cells: A thymoquinone from nigella sativa induces mitochondria-mediated apoptosis in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in vitro.[xii]
12.  Suppresses Liver Cancer Growth: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa prevents chemically-induced cancer in a rat model.[xiii]
13.  Prevents Diabetic Pathologies: A water and alcohol extract of nigella sativa at low doses has a blood-sugar lowering effect and ameliorative effect on regeneration of pancreatic islets, indicating its value as a therapeutic agent in the management of diabetes mellitus.[xiv]
14. Suppresses Cervical Cancer Cell Growth: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa exhibits anti-proliferative, apoptotic and anti-invasive properties in a cervical cancer cell line.[xv]
15.  Prevents Lead-Induced Brain Damage: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa ameliorates lead-induced brain damage in Sprague Dawley rats.[xvi]
16. Kills Oral Cancer Cells: A thymoquinone extract from nigella sativa induces programmed cell death (apoptosis) in oral cancer cells.[xvii]

Why is such a powerful seed not yet on the radar of most medical and nutrition communities? We know sesame seed can beat Tylenol in reducing arthritis pain and can reduce cardiovascular disease risk factors in a manner that makes statin drugs envious, and we know flaxseeds shrink breast and prostate tumors, but black seed's benefits are still largely under reported and underutilized.
