Then Don't Worry

A chart to live by.
Guy Kawasaki

This was originally a post on the social network Google + by Guy Kawasaki.  It makes a lot of sense and I view this as a balanced way to live one's life.  In the middle, between the two opposites of yes and no.

So much of energy is often needlessly invested in worry of the future and whether one has made the right or wrong decision.  Right or wrong, life goes on.  I suppose life is nothing more than a series of choices on which path we will walk down and with whom we will walk with.

Yeah, NO WORRIES...

Worry doesnt solve anything, but is double baggage to carry on top of the problems themselves!!
I like this one!!

Thank you Bro.

LOVE,
SJ

This helped. Really. I could do with someone asking me to just not worry.

I have some problem with this wisdom, though. Worrying = "Can I do something on this problem, and if so what?" That question is not always an easy one

Hello Zeba:

Now, just stop worrying???

There, now it is done. I just asked you to turn the worry machine off at least for one day. Try it and see how life is.

Don't worry, be happy,
Mike

Hello Ulf:

Read my comment to Zeba. Try it for just one day and see what happens. You can do this. Just do your everyday work, but only focus on the action or activity and don't let any other thought dominate your attention.

You can do this,
Mike

I know it's hard to do & practice all the time, not to worry that is. I have been trying to advise people for years not to WORRY about anything. This doesn't mean we shouldn't be responsible or concerned or caring... just don't worry because it accomplishes only to hurt ourself, like a living hell. It only servers to give away our energy to the creators of this illusion.

Thank you for sharing. Take care
