Tiredness - you must take a step and do something to chase it away
How many times have you heard people say, ‘I am so tired!’ Yet very few people really know what tiredness is. Tiredness is something that attaches itself to you, the same way some clingy people won’t let go of you, always demanding to be loved and kept company. Because people accept tiredness and are preoccupied by it, they reinforce their fatigue so it keeps coming back; it is always there. So, try to change your attitude and you will see what happens. Let us say that every morning as you wake up you think, ‘Oh, I’m so tired, I don’t feel like watching the sunrise’, and you go back to sleep. Finally, one day you say, ‘It’s true, I don’t feel like getting up, but I want things to change. I’ll get up anyway.’ So up you get, you wash your face and go out into the fresh air, and suddenly your tiredness has vanished. If you want tiredness to leave you, you must do something about it. If you do nothing to counter it, tiredness will never leave you.Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov was a Bulgarian philosopher, pedagogue, mystic, and esotericist.
