Only the broken
Will betray their own fellows
End their great deceit

Note: I wrote this poem in the haiku style of poetry last week and published it for the first time today, the 24th of April, 2023. Only those of great weakness and corruptibility will betray their fellow citizens. Unfortunately, this is what passes for leadership in our current times.
