Lovely insight!

I do believe this is very true - that to avoid ”negative” emotions makes people depressed and blocks one to feel joy!

This poem made me think of how often it is mention that children are more happy than adult becuase they laugh so often, but I realise it is very seldom mentioned how often children cry. So I suppose that the natural inbuilt mechanism in the body is to release - instant and maybe through tears - so joy can come back and if we stop us from letting go we break our natural human cycle.

I guess if people see sadness and cry from a child's perspecive, I think negative emotions wouldnt be such a big thing or a burden in life at all but just something natural like a little bit of rain that comes sometimes in contrast to all the sun!

Thanks for sharing this poem!

Kindest regards
Magnus
