Swedish Government Shuts Down Several Swedish Websites Today. Part 2

Here is an update on yesterdays blog entry with a possible explanation why the owner of the Corruptio blog has been censored by the Swedish Government.  A friend has translated the Swedish into English.  If you have any questions, I will kindly ask you to direct them to Mr. Coruptio Journalist or to Charlotte Brokelind, Chief judge in the District Court of Jönköping.  His and her e-mail addresses are listed below in several places.

As far as the two others, I have no such e-mails to post.  This is something for Mr. Assange's defense team to look through.  More evidence to the incompetence and politically influenced motivations within the Swedish Court System.  What ever happened to rule of law?  Apparently, that has been forgotten in the new Totalitarian Sweden.

Jag har en fråga med tanke på att Ni, på hemsidan (www.jonkopingstingsratt.domstol.se), påstår att Ni är en oberoende och rättvis myndighet.

Gör Ni en kontroll om ifall åklagare har uppfyllt lagens krav (tex. RB 23:18) och Europadomstolens/FN:s krav enligt tex. artikel 6 (rättvis rättegång),

eller skickar Ni godtyckligt ut åklagarnas stämningar till åtalade/misstänkta?

I have a question since you on the homepage www.jonkopingstingsratt.domstol.se, said that you're an independant and impartial authority/just district court.

Do you monitor if prosecutors have fullfilled the law according to RB 23:18 and The European Court/FN resolution article 6 - a impartial/just trial - or do you send out the prosecutors summons in a arbitrary manner to the suspects?

Tingsrätten har ingen rätt att kontrollera åklagarna. Det är Riksåklagaren, JO och JK som vakar över dem. Skulle något fel ha begåtts som t.ex. att reglerna för hur en förundersökning ska bedrivas har överträtts eller att en överträdelse av Europakonventionen har gjorts, ska domstolen i sitt domslut ta hänsyn till det. Det kan leda till att åtalet ogillas. Men tingsrätten har som sagt var ingen skyldighet och inte heller någon rättighet att kontrollera åklagarna.

Tingsrätten kan inte heller välja att skicka ut en stämningsansökan eller inte. Uppfyller stämningsansökan de formella krav som ställs är tingsrätten skyldig att skicka ut den.

The District Court has no right to monitor the prosecutors. It's the Chief Public Prosecutor, the Parliamentary Ombudsman and the Office of the Chancellor of Justice that watch over them.  If anything wrong is being conducted, for example as of how a preliminary investigation should be performed or if a violation according to the European Convent has taken place, then the District Court must take this into consideration. It can lead to the summons being dismissed.  But the District Court has - as said - no obligation or right to monitor the prosecutors.

The District Court can not choose to send out a summons or not. If the summon contains all formals then the District Court has a obligatin to send them out.

Du har helt fel då Du och alla andra tjänstemän lyder under FN:s artiklar om dom mänskliga rättigheterna där det klart och tydligt står att godtycke är ett brott och att den enskildes mänskliga rättigheter måste skyddas. Om domstol godtyckligt tar emot en stämningsansökan från åklagare utan att kontrollera ifall tjänstemannen, åklagaren, uppfyllt alla krav som både svensk lag kräver och Europadomstolen/FN, så har domstolen (ansvarig chef) begått brott mot mänskliga rättigheter och mot svensk lag.

You're totally wrong when you and other officials, civil servants are being administered under UN articles about the human rights where it clearly says that arbitrary is a crime and that each sovereign human rights must be protected. If a court with arbitrariness accepts a summon from a prosecutor without making sure the civil servant/prosecutor have fulfilled everything according to the Swedish law/The EU Court/ UN - then the Chief Judge of the District Court is committing a crime against human rights and again'st the Swedish law.

Det står klart och tydligt i lagboken att åklagare inte får lämna in till åtal om inte den misstänkte och advokaten fått begärda handlingar tillgodosedda eller fått chans till att förbereda sitt försvar. Det står samma sak i FN:s artiklar om en rättvis rättegång. Ni/Sveriges Domstolar/Åklagare bryter mot denna lag/artikel på ett väldigt nonchalant sett vilket numer är känt i hela världen i och med fallet Julian Assange. Du skriver, "Tingsrätten har ingen rätt att kontrollera åklagarna", vilket är felaktigt, det är Er SKYLDIGHET!

It says clearly in the book of law that prosecutors cannot submit an indictment if not the suspect and the attorney have had acces to the documents or have had a chance to prepare their defense. It says the same in UN's articles about a fair trial.  You / the Swedish Courts / Prosecutors are violating these laws/articles in a very nonchalant way which nowadays is known all over the world after the accusations against Julian Assange.  You write, " The District Court has no right to monitor the prosecutors" which is wrong - its your OBLIGATION!

Vidare skriver du, "Tingsrätten kan inte heller välja att skicka ut en stämningsansökan eller inte. Uppfyller stämningsansökan de formella krav som ställs är tingsrätten skyldig att skicka ut den.", Helt fel igen, då stämning är inlämnad från åklagare (alltså tjänsteman) är Ni enligt FN/Europadomstolen SKYLDIGA att kontrollera ifall den misstänktes mänskliga rättigheter tillgodosetts, och detta skall INTE göras av domstol EFTER att förhandling/rättegång avslutats för då begår Ni ju (LOGIK) brott mot FN:s/Europadomstolens artiklar om en rättvis rättegång (LOGIK).

If the summon contains all formals then the District of Court has a obligatin to send them out".  This is also wrong; when a summons is submitted from a prosecutor - civil servant - are you according to UN / the European Court OBLIGED to make sure if the suspects human rights have been fullfilled. This should not be done AFTER a trial has taken place since you then ( logically) commit a crime against the UN's/ the European Courts articles about a fair trial. ( LOGIC).

Ni/Sveriges Domstolar är alltså tvungna att först från den misstänkte/åtalade samt det juridiska ombudet ifall dom är färdiga med sitt försvar och har allt material som behövs för detta. Görs inte det av domstolen så handlar det om godtycke från domstolens sida och därmed kan domstolen INTE vara oberoende som Ni hävdar på Er hemsida, vilket Ni är tvungna att vara enligt FN/Europadomstolen.

You / the Swedish District Courts must get approval from the suspect/the prosecuted and his or her legal represantative if they're ready with the defence and have all materials which are needed for this.  Unless this is performed this is a act of pure arbritrariness by the court and therefore CANNOT the court be independant as you claim on your homepage which you must be according to UN/the European Court.

Som sagt, det är numera världskänt att Sveriges Domstolar är en organisation vilken har satt i system att begå brott mot mänskliga rättigheter och samtidigt beljuga hela världen om sin demokrati, via utrikesminister Carl Bildt (vilken är misstänkt för massmord).

As said before; its now world known that the Courts of Sweden is a organisation which systematically has comitted crimes against human rights and also lies to the rest of the world about it's democracy through Foreign minister Carl Bildt (whom is suspected for massmurder).

Amnesty International Is Critical of Sweden's Handling Of Rape Cases

Few Rape Convictions - Amnesty International is Critical Of Swedish Judicial System

Of all reports of rape only 6 to 7 % or one of twenty receive a verdict of guilty.  In Lund, Sweden there were no guilty verdicts and only one of all reported cases went to court last year. (I will add that Lund is a University town.). 

"We are concerned that so few rapists are prosecuted and we want to know why", said Lise Bergh, general director for the Sweden Chapter of Amnesty International.

Here's an interesting article from Global Research in Canada.  I started with a quotation and then part of the article with the link to the entire article for those who would like to continue reading.  This fits into thoughts that I had about food and it's production just the last few days.  I thought about livestock feed.  The horses and cows, sheep, and pigs ate from the meadows and forests.  They had natural wild flowers and what we call weeds to eat that were not only nutrious, but strengthened their immune systems and killed bacterias naturally.  They had red and white clover to eat which strengthens the immune system.  St John's Wort which calms and has all kinds of health giving properties.  Dandelions which are a good food full of vitamins and minerals with many health giving properties.  Grasses to eat full of life.  They lived in the meadows and forests in calm, stress free environments and people had food full of energy and nutrition.

What did we do with a well functioning system?  Well, in my eyes we destroyed it by putting animals in cages and closed barns, by feeding them GMO feeds and pumping them full of medicines, vaccines, and stressing them by taking them out of their natural environments so that a few of greed could control markets and reap huge profits.  What did this do to us?  Well, look around and see the children with bodies of 60 year olds with all kinds of alphabet diseases and little stamina or strength.

The record rise in grain and food prices in recent years is not a mere Wall Street profit gimmick, although obscene profits are being made. Rather, it is apparently an integral part of a long-term strategy whose roots go back to the years just after World War Two when Nelson Rockefeller and his brothers tried to organize the global food chain along the same monopoly model they had used for world oil. Food would henceforth become just another commodity like oil or tin or silver whose scarcity and price could ultimately be controlled by a small group of powerful trading insiders.

At the same time the Rockefeller brothers were expanding their global business reach from oil to agriculture in the developing world through their technology-driven Green Revolution scheme after the war, they were also financing a little-noticed project at Harvard University. The project would form the infrastructure for their plan to globalize world food production under the central control of a handful of private corporations.
