Still, it is a beautiful book full of wisdom. I do not have much of an infinity to Buddhism. Why, I don't know. I do like to read the Sufi masters writings at times. I believe that they were able to integrate the spiritual with everyday living in a very balanced way.

But whatever source we have for inspiration all come from the same Source.

Take care,
MikeStranger in a Strange Landhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11727412468418974848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3328103579026865392.post-64588543888838393602011-03-22T06:35:03.791+01:002011-03-22T06:35:03.791+01:00Lovely post, Mike. I like to look up the Baghavad Gita and Buddhist articles for inspiration on this topic!Nimmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11227810353203036224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3328103579026865392.post-20150301438395437602011-03-20T09:37:03.444+01:002011-03-20T09:37:03.444+01:00Thank you for sharing this!

I think earthly connection makes one pretty calm and balanced, as it might be easily to go mad, forced to stay in this realm when to much in the higher spheres...

One personal way I use to achieve balance now and then is to meditate and pray (often with some calm, joyful music to trigger) to get in contact with God or Light or Self (or what one will call it) and dwell in the feelings of joy. And laughter can just bubble up through one's inner, and it's like a way to get rid of the "hard to decide and understand" approach one (at least me ;-)) too often take of life. And one can achieve the more joyful balance in life and see it from a little "distance", and if life doesn't go as planned... well, in the end, it's just experiences and noone will be judged for it...

As same, this is just highly personal experiences and opinions...Magnusnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3328103579026865392.post-89871781990216527472011-03-19T11:58:01.422+01:002011-03-19T11:58:01.422+01:00Hello Sharon:
